I am the owner and operator (along with my Wife and Sons)) of Masterpiece, I have over 17 years experience in cleaning carpet and upholstery both for residential and commercial I personally Guarantee all my work and stand behind the quality of work we perform. I do not give one price for cleaning and then raise the price for having to clean spots. The way I see it, you would not call me to come out and clean your carpets, if they were already clean. If a customer of mine was ever to be unsatisfied with the work performed, I would not be able to accept their money.
