I purchased my Mastectomy breast forms from here. The fitting process was fine. Some time later I had some issues with the product and called at least 5 times or more with no call back. Many messages were taken by her staff and messages were left on her machine. Finally I got somebody on the phone to answer my questions. I wasn’t pleased with the lack of follow through by this business. Worse yet I paid in cash and then submitted a insurance claim so the process was a bit backwards. My insurance provider has been trying for 4 months going on 5 to get the owner to refund me the funds. She has been paid by me and the insurance company, She claimed she sent the payment but I am still waiting. I don’t understand how anybody could think this is how to run a business. I would not EVER recommend this business and advise others to go somewhere else!!!
