Las Vegas Tile & Grout Cleaning

Mike came out to give me an estimate for my kitchen floor. We agreed on a reasonable price and him and his daughter did the job right then. Mike is very professional and courteous. Since he owns the company he will make sure that the job is done right. I had mentioned that I just had my carpet cleaned the day before, and he said that he would steam where they walked to make sure that they didn’t leave any dirt on it. The grout came out looking like new. Hire Mike if you need your tile and grout cleaned!

He showed up on time… Was very reasonable with his prices and he does great work. But his professional attitude is what set him above the rest of the people I contacted.

Great job by Michael and his son. They were on time, the price was right and the floor looks great. I would not hesitate to call Mike again and will when we clean our tile and grout again next year. Really satisfied!!!

Still waiting for a refund of over pricing the job guess he does not live up to making things right he would rather have the money.

My floors came out looking great and my house smells good too! I think everyone could Benefit from having their floors cleaned from this guy.

I used Mike’s service once and would never consider using him again. He was aggressive, constantly bragging about what a terrific job he would do, what wonderful equipment he uses, etc., etc. The reality was far different from his sales pitch. We were very dissatisfied with both his work and his attitude. Should have known better.

I had Michael come to clean my disgusting tile and grout and I actually never thought they were so dirty! All I have to say is WOW, holy crap, my floors recovered like he told me they would and actually I’ll never have shoes or bare feet on my floors again! I also got lots of tips to help prevent future problems on my floors! This guy is very trustworthy, I really don’t like just anyone in my house! Hire Michael as he is first class.

Had Michael out today to clean my tile and grout. He was great. Very competitive prices, quality work and great customer service. What more do you need? I have two large dogs that track a lot of dirt and grime into the house and it showed in the tile and grout. Now the floors look new again. Just moved into my new condo and the grout & tile was disgusting so I gave Mike a call. Mike and his very capable assistant arrived on time, clean and motivated.
I am not big on Cliches, but in this case, Mike not only talks the talk, he walks the walk. He has modern, professional grade equipment. Mike did his assessment, offered his recommendation, gave his quote and went to work.

I called Mike to clean my grout he was at my home on time and ready to go. After they were finished in about an hour and a half I was a little disappointed my grout was not as clean as I thought it would be :(I have porcelain tile with very very light grout. Mike said it would look cleaner as it dried and it did. Mike was 200 less then Stanley steamer and I did not have to deal with all of the up selling Stanley steamer tries to do. Would I use this company again you bet. My tile is clean my grout is clean. I am happy with the job Mike did for me.

excellent service, mike the owner is very competent and explains the whole process. my tiles are back to original new condition. after trying machines from costco snd home depot with poor results, i am a happy camper. call mike and you will be happy too.

Just moved into my house and the grouts were so filthy I couldn’t even get it clean with a brush and cleaning solution. And I couldn’t stand the thought of getting down on my hands & knees with a brush & cleaning solution to clean these filthy grouts because my whole house is tiled except the rooms.
So I started Googling «Las Vegas Grout Cleaner» and came us with several local options.
Had a few come out to give me an estimate and after that they never got back to me.
Then I called Mike @ Las Vegas Tile & Grout Cleaning. Made an appointment with Mike to come out on a Saturday morning.
Mike promptly called me about 45 minutes before our appointment to confirm, then showed up to my house right on time.
Mike is a really personable easy going guy and he took the time to answer any and all questions I had about the process.
When you’re letting anyone into the privacy of your home you want to be comfortable and trust the person you’re letting in. I had no reservations about Mike since he’s such a great guy!
I thought Mike just came to give me a quote that day and return later to do the actual work, but Mike came prepared and was ready to do the job right there and then!
So I told Mike to go for it.
WOW what a difference, like night and day!
What I liked about Mike is that he was very honest and informed me before the actual work that although his service could get the grouts clean some of the very dirtiest grout area (my kitchen area) would not be 100% clean, more like 80−90% and he was spot on in his assessment.
I could not imagine getting on my hands-​n-​knees with a brush and cleaning agent to do what Mike & Enrique did in less than an hour!

So, so happy we called Mike to come check out our filthy tile. He called us an hour before his scheduled time just to tell us he would be there on time, if not a bit early.
When he got there, he took a look, gave his recommendation, and quoted us a nice price. He and his partner Enrique were able to start right then and there! It took them about an hour and a half to do our whole house (only the bedrooms are carpeted).
The difference between the tile before and after is jaw dropping. I had no idea that’s what our tile was even supposed to look like when he was done! Sparkling white, clean grout lines… they look brand spanking new.
Mike is a really great, personable guy. He talked to my husband the whole time he was working, as if they were old buddies catching up. He is easy to talk to, trustworty, and very confident and proud of his work (as he should be).

Mike came at the time he said he would be there. He did an excellent job at a more than fare price.

We recently bought a foreclosure (so this will probably be the first of several Unilocal about contractors), and the tile was utterly gross. I found these guys via Unilocal and thought I’d give them a try even though there weren’t any reviews yet.
Mike came out right on time and did a great job with our kitchen, entry, and fireplace tile, steaming and sealing. The kitchen tile was downright silky to the touch after he was done. The price was right on par with what I was expecting, and he and his guys were done within an hour or two. Definitely recommended.
