My Husband found Sandy on Unilocal based on her reviews. Our situation was a challenging one we had to move my Mom out of the Vegas. We live in California and we were not sure how this was going to work living in California and selling a house in Vegas. We knew we could not travel back and forth to get everything fixed and signed and so forth… Sandy took care of EVERYTHING!!! She is AMAZING and that word is not doing her justice, I think she needs a special word just for her professionalism, her promptness with communication and advice. She hired all the people to fix the house, get it cleaned and ready to sell. It sold fast and at full price!!! I found Sandy Margolin on Unilocal.Everything I read about her is true. She was amazing! She booked several houses for us to see. She drove me around all day and the following day. She responded right away when I first contacted her. She knew every area of Las Vegas which was really great. After finding a house, she let me know what happens every step of the way. I learned a lot. Sandy always returned my calls and emails. She did a walk through on my house 2 times. Her personality is so easy and she’s funny. We got along great! Within 48 hrs she sent me a very thorough analysis of my property showing direct comparisons which recently sold in my community. This also listed all the fees and expected cost associated with selling a home. Everything presented before meeting her and deciding to sell the home was very professional and well done. We met on a Sunday and decided to sell the home, she took pictures and gave us a few tips and 6 days later we sold our home for slightly over the asking price. Selling a house may seem like a time to be nervous and the thought of the process prevented us from making that call later than we wanted. Over the past 30 years I have bought and sold several houses. I never got the sense the realtors deserved their commissions. Not until Sandy sold a townhouse for me did I experience a realtor with the dedication, enthusiasm and knowledge that commands respect and gratitude.
Sandy don’t play. She is all business all the time. I appreciated her intelligent, no-​nonsense focus on my sale. With multiple offers, she helped me navigate my way to a completed sale in 90 days; and that was during a dip in the market. The other factor was that everything was done long distance because I live out of state and never met her.

She is nice but will try to sell you anything. She is not connected with other realtors and her goal is fast sales. She can get really upset if you do not buy from her quickly. Use her only if you do not care what you want to buy.

Sandy represented me when I sold my home in North LV. I signed my home papers on a Monday and that Friday as the company was posting my «For Sale»” sign, Sandy arrived at my home with 4-​Offers. Sandy reviewed the offers with me in order to help me understand what offer was truly in my best interest over all. I am a first time homebuyer and was fairly terrifyed by the process– from loans to short sales and everything inbetween. As much research as you can do when buying a home, if you are buying in Vegas– throw it all away– it’s different here, and Sandy was the best guide to get through it. I found Sandy on Unilocal and she had the most positive reviews. I am so glad that i found her because she made the process actually fun! My personal situation was difficult as i was an out of state buyer and she bent over backwards to accomodate my schedule– from one day trips to see «OMG this could be the one» houses or just packing in as many places as possible days. She worked with my budget and showed me exactly what i had asked for– new new new… HOWEVER, as she got to know me, she showed me some midcentury vintage properties that had features that i had always dreamed about! I ended up with a house that i never could have imagined AND in my price range! 2040 sq ft and it has a TINY INDOOR POOL!!! Sandy reccomended the loan company as well as the home inspector. I owe her a kidney or a lung because she made my dreams of owning a home– let alone, shuch a unique home– my dream home, come true.
A lung is the least i can do.

I was introduced to one of their realtors, Sandy Margolin, who has, quite frankly, been the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with… So much that I was the one offering to go into an exclusive broker contract with her office.
During the past 4 weeks that I’ve been working with Sandy, she has taken time on numerous occasions to show us homes in the price range we wanted to pay, was very receptive to what our likes and dislikes were about various homes we looked at, and very quick to respond with information on our offers on homes.
She is also a very strong advocate for her clients, going up against many of the shady listing agents we’ve run into, to ensure that our transaction is seamless, and our contract secure.
