Quick, friendly, professional. Hired to clean an oil stain in the garage left by the previous tenant and it didn’t get done the first time. Luis himself came the second time and made sure the job was done right. My garage floor doesn’t have an oil stain any more.
The company hired to clean the carpet before I moved in couldn’t get a yellowish stain out. It took Luis less than five minutes to get it up.

Luiz and his partner did a great job with my carpet. Their prices were fair, they are open on sunday, and I liked the fact that they used a Rotovac 360 XL which got my carpet really clean instead of a manual wand. My only complaint, and I deducted a star for this, is that they charge 8% when I paid with my credit card bill. I was not happy about that. Come on guys, allow me to pay with my credit card without an extra fee and I will call you guys back for my next carpet cleaning.

I called Luis on a Wednesday. He was at my house two days later at 8:00 a.m. He cleaned 6 large areas and 3 rugs for $ 200, which I thought was very reasonable. It took him about 1.5 hours once everything was set up and we’d done a walk through. I’ve used a handful of carpet cleaners in Las Vegas and have never been happy. On one occasion, I felt like my carpet was dirtier after they «cleaned» it. This was the opposite of my experience with Luis. He was very personable, took great care with my carpet, and I was very, very happy when it was all over.

Love that this company is eco friendly. They have a great deal on Unilocal too. Made an appointment the first appointment I had to cancel and make a new one. The man on the phone didn’t make me feel bad about it. On the second appointment the guy did it quick and efficient took all the dog pee smell out. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything. He was very friendly and having them come back to do 3 more rooms. 3 story all carpet… I’ll will be using them in the future.

Having someone to trust with your carpet in Las Vegas is hard to find. You also get what you pay for, but I was so happy with Eco Friend — they did a great job and we received lots of compliments by our friends who came over that night.
I won’t use anyone else.

What an amazing experience! Our last experience with a carpet cleaner hired by my roommate was disappointing. After watching a review on local news with regard to carpet cleaners who do a shoddy job in the area, I went with Eco Friend after having a chat with Luiz, the owner. Not only is Luiz a personable and honest guy, he’s a veteran and it has always been my intention to support locally owned, veteran businesses.
After scheduling with Eco Friend, the guys came out early after a call asking if I was available (which worked out even better for my schedule). They gave me an estimate of time to finish at 1 hour. As they were working, the techs walked me through their process, which is a 3 step process involving pre-​treatment, cleaning, and after-​care walk through. The tech even pointed out a potential trip hazard and provided advice on correcting it.
What stood out from their work was their discretion as to how much solution they used — the tech explained that the condition of the carpet was well-​maintained and that he didn’t need to apply as much water for cleaning — aiding in a faster drying period after treatment. In other words, they didn’t go overboard and used what was appropriate to proper care.
I highly recommend Eco Friend for all your carpet needs as they are thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Groupon deal gone bad.
I purchased a Groupon deal and was hopeful that Eco Friend Carpet Care would be a great business to work with due to the fact that they have a 5-​star Unilocal review. My hopes were misplaced. I called to make an appointment in the late evening on Wednesday and received an automated message system that directed me to leave a call-​back number. No big deal I didn’t expect an answer at 8PM anyways. Less than 1 minute later, we get a call back. A speedy call-​back is impressive, but the conversation that followed was an indication of the bad things to come.
First off, the representative did not greet us with a «Hi. My name is _​and I’m with Eco Friend Carpet Care. I see we’ve just a missed a call from you…». Nope. What we we got is «I have a message saying to call you back». What can I say, I’m a stickler for professionalism and great customer service over the phone.
One of the first things the rep says to us is «Do you have pets?’. Why yes we do. «Do you have pet stains?». Yes. «Well that’s going to cost extra and I can’t quote you a price until I come over and examine the extent of the stains». Um, okay. Then he starts going on and on about how the stains may be so bad he has to lift up the carpets, and that it will cost extra because the stains release odors that cause headaches, and people can sue? Wait, what? Me and my husband had this guy on speaker and we were both put off by his rambling.
The conversation ended with the guy asking us to text our address to him to schedule the initial ‘inspection’. We sent off our address and didn’t hear back until Friday. He sent a text that day which read «Is today okay?». A same day notice, no thanks. My husband told him we were busy and wanted to schedule a different time. «Okay» he texted. We didn’t hear back from him for a week.
Screw this, we said. I arranged to have a refund from Groupon. If you want my business, act like you want it.

I have a small patch of carpet that rarely needs cleaned. The Oxi Fresh company that I had used once before (and had done a good job) I have come to find out is out of business. Actually, the entire franchise in the area is out of business. So I searched on Unilocal* and discovered Eco Fresh Carpet Care and their good reviews.
After setting an appointment for a week out, Luis, who arrived to my home promptly and actually early, is owner/​operator. You can tell he is vested in his business and «walks the walk & talks the talk» when it comes to customer service. Super friendly and super nice guy. From the professional clean van, to his professional, friendly, knowledgeable demeanor, not to mention my carpet was thoroughly cleaned and great. The carpet was damp and the room smelled a touch musty for a day before we moved furniture back in room, but the next morning the air was clear and the carpet was completely dry and looked great. I could not be more satisfied.
Luis has great customer service, uses advanced technology via his I-​Pad to process payment and e-​mail receipt and seemed genuinely glad to have had my business. Separate from having a good service and product, I would recommend Luis and Eco Fresh Carpet Care based on customer service alone.
