I could not truly tell you how amazing Randy was as our real estate agent. He went over and beyond to help us find a home that was perfect for me and my family. We must of toured over 50 homes and after 3 offers, 2 months of negotiations and numerous demands on my part we finally found a home with Randy’s care and professionalism. If I ever decide to sell and purchase another home I will definitely use Randy as my agent again and I highly recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy or sell a home.

What a happy accident to have been able to do business with Randy! We met him over the phone on our drive from Denver to Vegas while inquiring about a house he had listed for sale online. I had just hung up from a conversation with another agent with a different company that had been recommended to us, who was nice enough, but NOTHING like Randy. He immediately picked up on my sense of urgency, and asked all the right questions to find out exactly what it was we were looking for. By the time we got to our hotel, he had already emailed us a list of 96 properties that were in the right neighborhood and price range.
Randy was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire home buying process. He responded to every request and question we had without hesitation. This is was our third time buying a home, so we knew the drill, but Randy was one step ahead of everyone when it came to paperwork, coordinating showings for us, scheduling inspections, dealing with the seller’s agent and our lender… all of it. «Proactive» would be an understatement. Between Randy and Wells Fargo we could have closed on our home in two weeks… but the seller’s didn’t have a new place lined up yet.
And being that he is one of the seven (?!?) natives that actually hail from Las Vegas, he knows this area like nobody’s business. His connections run deep… he knew all the right people to call for repairs and service (everyone he has recommended has been stellar). He is also helping us sell all of our old kitchen appliances now, so he didn’t just disappear on us after the close.
Although we have a few years on Randy, we feel like we not only found a Real Estate agent for life in Las Vegas, we’ve also made a great friend. There is a level of trust and loyalty with him that’s rare to find these days. We have been in our new home since April 1^st and couldn’t be any happier with our house, the transaction, and above all. Randy Maher!

Randy helped me to short sale my condo with ease & answered all my questions on the short sale process. Randy was recommended by a friend of my husband. He is honest, prompt, responsive and I can tell he loves what he does. Came from out of town to look at real estate investment opportunities in Las Vegas. I did some research online for real estate agents and narrowed it down to a few agents and selected Randy to work with as he could do both the real estate agent and the property management.
I was a bit anxious coming in from out of town. Randy was great to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. In investigating houses, he brought his property management perspective in and let us know his opinion about each place which let us know that he cares about doing the job right. He had contacts for a property inspector, home insurance and mortgage broker which was very convenient.
