Two of the three boxes didn’t leak water. Ruined our bed and box springs which cost $ 2,400 to replace. They still haven’t replied to the damage email we sent. If you choose to use these people make sure it is only during a time you are positive it won’t rain… Otherwise, you might as well have stored your things outside.

I can only say my experience with Cool Box was great. They have a lady named Jerri that works there, she is professional and accommodating. And they Had this GREAT driver named Gary but he is gone now. Prices are better than Pods but they do not travel far at this time. I would recommend them for local use and storage. I also found that if you treat them with respect you will get the same.

We had a misunderstanding with the billing of our Coolbox. I called, left a voicemail, and got a call back within minutes. Lee and I spoke about the billing of our Coolbox, what happened when it was booked and what our problem was. Lee was courteous, professional, easy to speak with and ready to help. The resolution was that same day, in a matter of a couple of hours, actually. Lee and her manager were flexible and fair. We were treated like they would like to be treated.
The driver who dropped off the Coolbox the first time at our house was professional, answered all my questions, and knew how to handle the Coolbox. You can tell he took pride in providing great service.
If you need storage, Coolbox is the way to go.
