So Amnesty International should champion this place. A middle aged Chinese lady was making and manning the pizza. From the cashier to the sandwich guy to the manager, they were all different ethnicities. It was awesome, a total New York oddity. Didn’t have the pizza, but it seems that’s what most people came in for. I just grabbed a sandwich, obviously they don’t make a lot of them because it took a while for me to explain it to the dude. they hadn’t even used a slice of the jack cheese, it was still sealed air tight. Anywho, they have healthy wraps to go, which is always good, and a few tables so people can sit. There’s also an internet station, to which a lady was arguing with the manager that she couldn’t get on. Then she turned to me to back her up, I just kept on eating. Sorry lady, don’t cause a ruckus because you can’t access internet at a deli, I don’t think it’s their first priority. All the people who work here were really nice, I’m sure a lot of idiots come in drunk on that particular block, and I hope they realize they are badgering decent people behind that counter.
