These guys are not a real AT&T store, and they have no scruples. I had bought an unlocked tablet (a Google Nexus 9) that I simply wanted to add to my current plan (my current plan had no contract) and they went and put the tablet on a 2 year contract without telling me (probably so they could earn some commission or something). When I wanted to deactivate it a few months later, I found out that I would have to pay a huge breakup fee for a device that was never supposed to be in a contract (that is the main reason people buy unlocked devices — so they dont get stuck with a contract). I went back to this place twice in person, and 1.5 weeks later they still had not rectified the situation even though I visited the store twice, and when I called them after the 1.5 weeks they kept giving me the run around. I eventually had the situation fixed by calling AT&T, and the lady at AT&T told me that in the future I should avoid stores that are authorized resellers and stick to real AT&T stores…

FIVE STARs for a phone retailer!!!
RARE is it when you go to upgrade your phone and told it’ll be a cheaper monthly fee AND there was no wait time. In and out with a new iPhone 6 in 15 minutes. Ask for the small business owner, Oscar. A great way to start a Saturday where I thought I was going to spend the better part of the day dealing with the hassle of changing phones. Not with Oscar. Thanks and if any of you are with AT&T and in the neighborhood, 228 Bleeker just off 6th Avenue.

Literally I have never seen such an unprofessional store. They are constantly cursing and watching movies. They tricked me into buying an iPhone promising a cheaper plan and actually showing me how the math would be cheaper. I paid and they refused to give me a receipt. I also did NOT sign anything agreeing to change my plan which they also did. I called AT&T and they could not help since this is an «authorized dealer». They said I have to go back to the store to cancel my order, which I did. Then I called AT&T again and, of course, my order was not canceled. There is seriously no place like this and I will likely report them since they are clearly scamming people. DO NOT GO HERE.
