AT&T Authorized Retailer

I had an iPhone emergency yesterday and they fixed it immediately for no charge. They were very friendly and saved my day!

This store is the best!!! Ask for Gary — he’s always super helpful and nice. Been coming to this location for a long time and I will never go somewhere else, although it’s a bit out of the way from where I live.

The customer service was outstanding, thank you. I won’t look anywhere else in future.

My phone crisis was solved because of the helpful, kind people working at this location! I had such a pleasant experience that I am going back for phone accessories later this week and for all my electronic needs in the future. I have found in most of my AT&T experiences that the authorized retailer store workers are way more approachable and efficient than the corporate stores. 5 STARS TO THIS LOCATION AND THESE GUYS!

I came in to talk about upgrade options and was told that AT&T no longer offered the 2 year plan with the reduced upgrade price for the phone. He said the only option I had was to choose a payment plan that would add money onto my monthly bill. After reacting in disbelief, the employee told me to go to the corporate store if I didn’t believe him. This location is not an actual AT&T store, but rather an authorized retailer. I went to the corporate store in SOHO, and was told that the 2 year plan had absolutely not gone away and is not going to go away. The employee at this location gave me false information, if it was intentional or not I have no idea. Since the employees here can not be trusted to give accurate information, I recommend going somewhere that will, like the corporate AT&T stores.

These guys are GREAT!!! After going to several AT&T stores researching options, I went to them and they gave me the best price of any place without the normal bs back-​and-​forth game. I’m not totally phone-​centric, but these guys took all the time to walk me through my new phone, get it all set, and send me on my way in a timely manner. JUST GO HERE!!! Best phone buying experience ever.

These guys are the best to work with, they helped me out when I was in a jam and extremely friendly! Can’t go wrong with them!

Great addition to the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. I had issues with a 4s and it wouldn’t unlock because some company are ugh lets not go there. Anyways the people here were more than helpful and nice. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with AT&T :)

I had a great experience at this location yesterday. The manger was extremely helpful and i didn’t feel rushed at all.
It is hard to have a good experience at any phone store let alone a great one. A visit that i thought was going to make the day worse… actually made it better.

We went there two days ago to get my new cell phone, and the guy (who’s the manager) was very helpful & pleasant. It’s a really tiny place and the selection isn’t the greatest, but they had what I needed and it was a very positive transaction.
