Established in 2012.
With decades of experience and international acclaim, Chef Michael brings French– and Italian-style pastry to a new level. He has created over a dozen unique, decadent cakes exclusively for La Dolce, and they’re quickly becoming the star of the neighborhood! Standout favorites are the Primo Cheesecake, Chocolate Truffle Cake, and the Marble Cheesecake, but we promise, you’ll be tempted to try them all!

He’s exceptionally excited to bring his own style of Italian pastry to Brooklyn, as well as his wealth of expertise when it comes to exquisite cake designs for weddings, birthdays, or any event!
