I bought some eyelashes that was labeled $ 4.99. The brand name of the eyelashes, Woodland Dreams, was on the label with the price. She charged me $ 5.99. The manager refused to give me a dollar back. So I asked for a refund. I never left the store. They refused to give me a refund, saying they don’t take returns. Doesn’t that policy mean(in most stores) that AFTER you leave the store you can’t return it? What if they had made a $ 20 or $ 50 mistake, instead of a dollar mistake? I did not even leave the register. This was unfair. This was a bad customer service experience from the time I walked into the door, as I was harassed by 3 different people who asked me at least 20 times. Did I need help as I tried to decide what type of make up I would buy. I would have bought more because I still needed make up, but I got tired of the smothering and decided to get the eyelashes because I had never seen them before. I still have to buy make up. I documented my experiences on the websites below. See video.

It’s a spirit pop up store, like there others, I remembers seeing a linen type store there before. I was happy to see that spirit was finally coming to Park Slope, it makes life a lot easier to get the children’s Halloween costumes right from the store, instead of ordering online. There are a lot of teenagers that works here, I haven’t seen an adult, but honestly they’re very helpful… very professional, and always willing to assist you with items. The store isn’t renovated, basically they put up racks and costumes, but the selection is great, I’ve already bought my sons fireman costume, and it was the last one in his size. They have everything from baby, toddler, teenager, and adult costumes. They don’t have Halloween decorations, due to the limit space. I signed up for the email program and instantly received 20% off coupons, when I visited the store the second time they took the coupon code from my iPhone with no problem, thankfully I didn’t have to print it. I really wish after Halloween they would open a christmas store at this location! The young lady at the register said if they do good, they might do that, which will make decorating a lot easier. Park Slope is an awesome neighborhood to live in, but we are limited when it comes to Halloween and Christmas store, we don’t have many options to decorate our home, unless we go to target.
