Due to my allergies I have a lot of sinus and ear issues. Doctor Lessow has been the best doctor. My issues are minor compared to all of the serious patient illness she treats. Regardless of your condition she takes the time with you. She keeps detailed records using her lap top.
Her office and equipment are top notch both new and clean. Her staff are caring and genuine. They have always been professional.
When I was taking medication for my allergy symptoms she never hesitated to write my prescription. She doesn’t disregard minor symptoms or complaints. Always reassures me that I can call if I have a problem.
Her handling of insurance billing is the best. I’ve never had a discrepancy with payments. My insurance takes care of her payment requests with no problem. This is not always the case with my insurance provider! She will take just about any insurance. She will not stop treating her current patients if their insurance changes.
If you need a top notch ENT with excellent credentials and an excellent reputation in her profession, she is the one!

Dr. Lessow has a great bedside manner. I love her team (Julie, etc.) as well, they are all very genuine and nice.

More 4.5. But I would definitely recommend making your way over to Dr. Lessow if you’re in need of an ENT who is kind, nice, thorough, personable, holds various professional accolades, has a comfortable office, nice staff, and a flare of personal (if you pay attention), in that the office is decorated with paintings/​sketches created my A. Lessow!
Additionally, I loved the eye contact, the firm handshake, the bit of humor she threw in during an off-​the-​cuff moment of mine, and how she isn’t looking to unnecessarily through procedures, tests, or medications at you.
I hope to never have to return, but, if I’m in need of an ENT, you can bet I’ll be back, and will be sending anyone who needs a reference!
