Wow, Where do I begin? I’ve done a tremendous amount of research and met with numerous PS’s. After meeting with Dr. Wallach I knew this was it for me. I never felt so welcomed as I did until I met with this Dr. and his awesome staff. Dr. Wallach was very honest and realistic with me regarding my expectations, and I must say my surgery surpassed any expectations I had! I literally sat in his office and cried for about 20 minutes because I could not believe how great I looked after he took my bandages off. I visited with my dermatologist about a week later and after seeing his worked she DEMANDED his card. His work is amazing and he’s so careful and meticulous with incisions, always taking into consideration how it would look later. This was a life changing decision and I had to make sure that I was in capable hands. I feel I’ve made a great decision in choosing Dr. Wallach. This man is incredible and I will be seeing him at the end of the year for another procedure. I hope this review will help other women like me.

BEWARE. Worst experience of my life. I went to him to do lots of things, BIG MISTAKE, from just doing my nose tip as I wanted it 2 millimeters smaller, he Completely messed it up and collapsed my whole nose and made it much bigger and hanging. One side started sticking out a lot too and he said «well every person is not even », that was his answer to everything. He did lipo under my butt where actually most Drs say it’s not good to do and also collapsed my butt and now it looks like double butt with 2 lines under. He also messed up my eye brows lift, one was an inch higher then other, and then he tried correct all his mistakes with local anastesia and told me just take a xanex before it, which was crazy painful and still no difference. The lipo he did has no result at all too. He just wants $ that’s it. Most stuff I did with Dr Wallach all the doctors I talked to now said I didn’t even need to do from my before pics. This Dr says yes to everything just for $. I trusted him because I got a referral from a doctor that I know in Beverly Hills — and he seemed nice in person before all complications, his office is old and has old smell, he uses very old sheets with holes for surgery, and he almost doesn’t have any before and after pictures, he claimed cuz he has many celeb clients that wouldn’t wan share pictures, ok right, he does injections himself, he doesn’t have a nurse there to do that like most big doctors, that’s all he’s good for. I don’t know how he is on one of the best Drs in NYC on line, he probably payed for that and erasing all his bad reviews. I’m a model and well known tv personality and couldn’t work for over a year cuz of him. I wish i could sue but I don’t have energy for that right now. He also claimed I was doing drugs in my nose and that’s why my results were bad and I didn’t, as a pro model I get checked all the time and I have proof of that and he talked shit about me to other people, I have proof of that too. Then on my last visit he said That maybe I have allergy and I never had it in my life. No heart and no Soul this doctor and wouldn’t even refund the money. He just said good luck last time I saw him in his office. Thank god I found someone who is fixing me now. Beware !!! I should go to Botched TV show on E! cuz of this dr and maybe I will ! As even they said I look botched now ! Do injections with him that’s it !

I got breast implants more than 5 years ago from Dr Steven Wallach, and they’re fantastic! I chose Dr. Wallach because of the amazing work he did on my girl friend a couple years prior.
Her implants looked great, very natural, and she loved them. Mine came out looking similar: natural-​looking and beautiful. :)
I chose silicone, under the muscle, 550 ccs. (Dr. Wallach encouraged me to get just 450ccs, but I’m very tall. So 550ccs worked for me.)
I was a large B, and now I’m a very full D.
Recovery was pretty quick, and I don’t remember it being painful at all.
My only complaint is that push-​ups, lat pulldowns, and other upper-​body exercises feel weird since I’ve had the surgery, But that seems inevitable, if you’re putting implants under your pec muscles.

I met Dr. Steven Wallach in Jan 2014. After speaking with him I realized that he was the right physician for me and my particular problem. Besides being highly recommended, his credentials are impeccable! I decided to have my BBL in Feb 2014 with him. He was warm, and understanding and put my mind at ease. He explains everything. He is the consummate professional and made it in on my surgery day even though there was a big snowstorm. I cannot express how happy I am with my results. Everything has gone as planned. His staff have been equally as professional! I would use Dr Wallach again and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had my first consultation with Dr. Wallach in February 2012 to discuss body-​contouring procedures after massive weight loss. I had seen two plastic surgeons prior to Dr. Wallach. From the very moment that I received a phone call from the patient coordinator I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Wallach listened and answered all of my questions and was very patient. In May 2012 I had a circumferential abdominoplasty with a fleur d’lis. Dr. Wallach was there every step of the way. I had never met a doctor more dedicated to his patients. While other plastic surgeons were willing to do an entire body lift at once Dr. Wallach would not compromise his patients’ health. He is honest, caring, and above all a very competent surgeon. I would strongly recommend his care to anyone considering a procedure. He is truly an exceptional surgeon, whose expertise far outweighs other surgeons in his field. The quality of Dr. Wallach’s patient care and bedside manner is far superior to that of other plastic surgeons with whom I have consulted, and the passion he exhibits for his profession is second to none. Dr Wallach’s first priority is always patient health and safety, and is unwilling to compromise either for fiscal gain. This is not something I can say about the other plastic surgeons I consulted with, who were willing to perform any elaborate, complicated, and much more risk-​laden surgery because «the price was right.» I would not go to any other surgeon and I am looking forward to my next procedure with Dr. Wallach.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the right breast December of 2007. I had a double mastectomy January 2008 at which time tissue expanders were inserted into the tissue. I was horrified at the sight of my chest but glad that the cancerous tissue had been removed. I figured I’d just live with the results. I began the process of inflating the tissue expanders. After several months I suffered sever pain in my back and chest. I was unable to get out of bed. I had pain medicine from the Mastectomy but was unable to get to it.
When I was finally able to get to the doctor, I was told a capsule of scar tissue had formed around the tissue expanders and had contracted. My doctor at the time suggested that he continue filling the expanders and eventually the scar tissue would rupture. The pain from the capsule contracting was worse than the pain of the mastectomy. I decided I needed a second opinion.
I did my research and found Dr. Steven Wallach. He recommended surgically removing the capsule and begin the process of inflating the tissue again. I had the surgery and we began inflating the tissue expanders again. This time everything went well. After the expanders were inflated and the tissue was stretched to the appropriate degree I had the expanders removed and silicon implant inserted.
When I went home after surgery Dr. Wallach said I could remove the dressing the following day. I had been so disappointed from the original surgery I had no interest in looking at my breasts. I kept the dressing on an extra day. When I finally removed the dressing I burst into tears. My breasts looked beautiful, like normal breasts, minus the nipple. Unfortunately it was 11: PM and I had to wait to call Dr. Wallach and thank him for giving my body back.
When I was finally able to thank Dr. Wallach, I said the staff in the operating room must have applauded at the results. He said they applauded all right. They applauded because they were finally able to go home. He said it took him over five hours to get the result he wanted. It’s also the result I wanted.
Thank God I got a second opinion and found Dr. Wallach!
