Geico refered me to this Collision repair center to repair my Nissan Altima 2014. Wow just from entering this place I was greeted immediately from the receptionist Evelyn and within seconds she started everything for my car rental. Ray gave me a good 2016 car for me to use mean while. As i am signing papers the manager James and Service Manager Ed ready to take care of my car in and evaluate it. They let you know with minutes how long your car is going to be in there for and keep you updated on anything they find wow such great service.
My car was repaired and it look like brand new car. I would highly recommended this place to my friends and family. They do specitacular job. Service is outstanding there.

Wow! That’s really all I can say right now. I had somebody hit me from behind as I was not moving, and mess up my bumper as I was taking my daughter to school. State Farm, which is my insurance agency, recommended Service King in National City. I have never had an experience involving my car this good ever! And I’m not kidding. My person of contact was Frank Alvarado and Irma at the front desk was also very helpful.
All I can say is that this group did everything right. They were professional, they communicated with me every day by text about the status of my car. When I received the car back, the bumper was like brand-​new, the car was cleaned inside and out, and honestly, I really couldn’t believe it.
Frank, in particular was a very personable guy, and honest guy, and very professional. Service King will be receiving my future business and anybody that I can refer them to. I have no incentive to write this review, besides that I am so happy that there are still places out there that take care of the customer. Take care of a customer, the customer tells other people, and you get free advertising and build a business. That’s how it should be. Thank you, Frank, and thank you Service King!

Incredibly happy with their service! Frank and the lady at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly! I was in and out of there with no problems in between! Got my car 2 days early and my car was perfect! I would recommend this over to everyone!

Always a great experience with this auto body repair shop. Just recently had my wifes nissan altima repaired here. Evelyn and James are some of the most friendly and honest people that I have ever met. They constantly kept me up to date as far as progress went, Evelyn even went out of her way to make sure my wife had a rental ready for her after dropping of her car. Repair work took about a week which was faster than I expected, when they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready I was blown away by the quality of work could not even tell where the vehicle was hit. To top it off they even washed my wife’s car, the thing looked brand spanking new. Definitely my favorite auto body shop in San Diego hands down! Thank you so much guys I really appreciate all the work you guys put in and would most definitely return with my next repair!
