I got in an accident 500 miles away from home and jose and the rest of he staff were very helpful all the way. I highly recommend to check this people out.

On Dec 17, 2015 I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my Honda civic being totaled. Being 100 miles away from home and distraught over my car, I asked the police officer if he had any recommendations on any good body shops. He recommended Chula Vista Autobody so I decided to trust his decision and have my car taken there so my adjustor can inspect it. Upon arriving there I was greeted by Jose. He sympathized with me and assured me I was in great hands. I know it sounds funny, but my car was my baby (my first car) Always in my garage where she belonged and I cried that I had to leave her. Jose promised he’d take good care of her and promised she’d be parked in the garage just like if she were at home. Like I said, I know that sounds silly, but THIS RIGHT HERE made ME feel better. My car was there for approx 7 days when it was deemed a total loss and I could either let it go or buy it back. Of course I bought it back. On the day she was released to me it started drizzling and with a busted driver window that wasn’t going to be fun especially having it towed over 100 miles. Jose put some heavy duty cling wrap (that stuff was amazing) and assured me my car would stay dry. It sure did! I know it took me awhile to write this review, but I strongly felt the need to let people know the AMAZING customer service this place has! Thank you Jose, for taking the time to answer any and all questions I had, For keeping in contact with me and giving me updates, for making me feel like my business was important to you, and for taking care of one of my most prized possessions. This place truly does treat you like family and I’d highly recommend them to anyone! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

Jose, one of the techs, has been personable with me as his client. He took care of from the moment I dropped of the keys to my Land Cruiser. He assured me with his delicate voice that he’ll take care of everything. The moment he showed me he work he did to my Land Cruiser, I was ecstatic in seeing it. What impressed me the most with him is the pride he took in the work he did. And I saw that with the smile on his face when I was smiling myself. Thank you very much for taking care of me. No doubt one of the best in the business. No one else can compete with the personable service these guys provided. They have proven themselves to be the best in customer service.

Three guys sat there for 15 min talking about the chargers while I waited for an estimate obviously they didn’t realize I am bilingual. Terrible impression I left…

Juan and the Chula Vista Auto Body team do uniformly outstanding work. Repair quality, customer service, and pricing are all top notch. This shop isn’t in USAA’s «direct path» rolodex, but all costs beyond my deductible were covered with no extra time or energy on my part. These folks do show room quality work.

They give me an estimate of 800 plus dlls for 3 days for something that cost less than 200 dlls in 1 day. Stop robbing people

I couldn’t be any happier with the service here! My wife and I went in for a drivers side mirror that was completely ripped off on her car (All my fault). They were so professional and prompt with everything. We dropped her car off and 4 hours later I got the call that everything was ready. They even used some parts of the old mirror to bring the cost down for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. This is the only place I’m going for my car needs from now on.

Scraped my car pretty bad trying to parallel park and I thought I would have to do a lot of work in trying to repair it but turns out it was not a hassle at all. Plus they helped me feel calm and assured me it will be done fast. It was finished and looked like nothing even happened in 2 days.

Juan at Chula Vista Auto Body, the account representative made sure to keep me informed of the status of the repairs. He handled all of the insurance matters and also made arrangements for a rental car. The customer service was Outstanding!!! Thank you Juan!
I am a repeat customer and this shop has done a great job both times. They take pride in their work and they made my car look like new. They even washed it and cleaned the inside prior to returning it to me.

My daughter wanted to get her bumper fixed before she moved to the NW. At first we thought it was just the bumper that was damaged, but there was more extensive damage to the car. Chula Vista Auto Body did a great job and they were able to fix it quickly. Thanks Juan!

My car was rear ended and needed repairs. My trusted mechanic highly recommended this place. We were told the work could take 4 days but after looking at the damage more closely it took 10 days which I didn’t mind. I rather have them take longer to do the job right instead of having a rush job. Plus I appreciated that they inspected the damage thoroughly and didn’t miss anything. The rear bumper and rear section that they fixed looked awesome! It was like brand new. They provided good customer service and were easy going to work with. They handled all of the paperwork with Allstate and Enterprise Rental. It was a good experience overall.

I had so many places that I have been to estimate on my vehicle, due to minor scratches that needs to be fix. I chose this place due to an excellent customer service. Juan (JM) was the one who is helping me… he provided me his excellent customer service. Gave me a good deal and a pleasant attitude. I am also satisfied with the outcome. Great job!!! A few weeks ago my front right bumper was smashed in a hit and run out front of my house. The fender and bumper were bent so badly that they were touching the tire if I had a passenger. Of course I wasn’t able to get the other drivers insurance info.
So I brought my car in for an estimate of the damage. While he was checking the damage, I mentioned that I’d be fine if they could just pull the bumper away from the tire. He said ‘We could do that, please hand me your keys.‘
A few minutes later, he came back and told me he pulled the bumper away from the tire, and told me there was no charge. He said ‘it’s the least I could do to give back to the community for years of business.’ I even tried to give him twenty bucks, but he wouldn’t accept it.
I can’t express how grateful I am.
