It’s ok. Convenient location. Parking is a challenge in this plaza. Hours of operation are very good.

Got the Groupon from them and the sales woman there pushed us to upgrade. Told us it would be around $ 61 total with the Groupon. Well a couple weeks later we looked at our credit card bill when it came in the mail… and they actually charged us $ 61 on top of the Groupon for a total of $ 91. Was nice about it and went in their to talk to them. Manager even called the owner. And the owner said because I had been tanning already, it was my fault and that we were charged properly. Even though the woman there told me it would be $ 61 total, they over charged us and wouldn’t give us a refund. My recommendation: Get all pricing in writing and check with your credit card company as soon as possible. They will charge you what they want, even though they tell you differently. And don’t use the Groupon… the beds they give you for that deal are terrible… they even told us that.

I think the customer service has been great since I joined Ultimate Exposure! I got 2 months free, & will be paying Jan, Feb, and March for $ 32 a month for unlimited tanning. Definitely cheaper than other tanning salons I looked up around the Plainfield/Naperville area! Refer a friend and receive $ 20 on your account for each friend referred! Clean facility, lots of beds to upgrade to, and free spray tan for joining :)

This place tries to pressure you to buy new lotion every time you go. Its obnoxious and they don’t take no for an answer. They also try to screw you if you want to opt out of a contract. Their 30 day before the next billing cycle policy is a rip off. There is no customer service here, no one to talk to, to voice a complaint or dispute a charge. The owners/managers leave that to the minimum wage high school girl at the front desk. There is no owner/manager/person in charge to help with anything. Their 800# yeah, they don’t answer that. Email? They never heard of it. The girls at the desk are never helpful. This place sucks!

I had a Groupon for two spray tans here, although I have not been a fan of Ultimate Exposure in the past. What brought me in was the Versa Spa system, but the whole experience at this location was actually very nice! The employees were friendly, the room was a good size, & the Versa Spa was awesome, as always!

Went in to tan and got sucker in to buying a package. Went in the stand up which was ok. Week later went to do lay down bed and OMG it is a bed from the 1980’s do not go here go somewhere else with better beds.

I went to this location for the first time on Friday… because my usual Ultimate Exposure location, yet again, had a broken spray booth. This location, though WAY out of my way, was pretty good. It’s not as nice/clean looking or spacious as my regular location but they do have more beds… even if you have to suck it in to get in the room. Oh, and beware of the cobwebs and dust EVERYWHERE. The girl at the front was very nice– props to her! They defo need to get more receptacles for towels… one in the back and in the front would be a dream. But their machine’s seem to be well maintained whereas the location on 75th and Naper Blvd ALWAYS has broken and demented machines.
