Fearon is an expert and professional when it comes to weddings. I was undergoing temporary psychosis when in the last few months before my wedding I realized that my venue did not provide true day of coordination (a cautionary tale for those of you planning your weddings — find out early on what a venue means when they say they provide day of coordination!). It turned out my venue would only set out their own tables, etc, and would not set up my decorations or assist with moving along the timeline. At first I thought, I’m an organized, intelligent person — I could do this on my own, or ask a friend to help me with everything on day of!
My florist recommended Fearon, and she swooped in at the last minute, and took care of everything. She met with me at the venue a week before the wedding, and had so many insightful recommendations. There is no way I could have handled this all on my own, on my wedding day. She was a true lifesaver, and even drove to the nearest pharmacy 20 minutes away in the middle of the wedding. Fearon went above and beyond and I am so thankful I overcame my psychosis and hired her! She executed everything flawlessly and was such a calming presence during the mini-​disasters along the way, adapting the timeline as needed. I highly recommend Fearon for wedding planning!

What is there to say about Fearon and her team? All we can say is that she is the BEST at what she does. Our only regret was that we did not find her in time for our own wedding. I am certain we would have been astounded at what she could have done for our wedding. We were determined to utilize her services for our son’s birthday party. From the very beginning of our planning process for our son’s 1^st birthday party, she helped us and reassured us every step of the way. The great thing about Fearon is that you really do not have to worry about what you want as far as party specifics were concerned. She is full of creative ideas. All we had to do was give her a general idea of what we wanted the party to look like and the overall theme we wanted for the party. Fearon and her team took care of the rest, down to the minute details. Never has planning a birthday party been a more pleasant experience. She is in constant communication and she can always be reached at any time during the day, and oftentimes, more so at night. On the day of, all we had to do was enjoy and trust that Fearon had everything taken care of and kept everything on schedule. Enjoy we did. All of the guests at our party were amazed at every feature of the party and could not believe Disneyland could be brought to Northern California, but Fearon was able to do it. The pictures speak for themselves. If you have a party or event envisioned in your mind or are planning, but think that certain aspects about it may not be possible, I highly recommend, in fact, I challenge you to give Fearon a call and let her surprise you with what she and her team can accomplish. You will not be disappointed.

Fearon is very professional and has a great deal of experience. I found her advice to be well thought out and mature. However, she doesn’t insist on anyone taking it! She is solft spoken, and fun to be around. Fearon is very through, and detail oriented. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Extraordinarily creative and easy to work with. As one of the vendor for her events, she was communicative, clear and always on point with the details. Her level of creativity and flair for the unique is notable. A top notch event planner that we highly recommend!

Fearon is the ULTIMATE designer and planner. I live in Southern CA and my husband and I wanted to have an over-​the-​top winter wedding in Lake Tahoe! Because of the distance and our lavish taste we knew we needed to have a planner and Fearon couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. We hired her for full service including a cocktail welcome party the day before the wedding and a brunch post wedding. In regards to pricing she is VERY fair, we talked to many local coordinators and were NOT impressed with their work or their passion for what they do. Also, I noticed that other planners give you a certain amount of hours and appointments… not the case here! She was always available and we were blown away with the amount of time she put into the design and planning of our wedding. Before hiring Fearon, the only vendors we had chosen were the location and photographer, she provided a great list of vendors to choose from that she works with on a regular basis and they truly were amazing. Fearon is so creative and savvy, all the while trying to get the most bang for your buck.
I could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Fearon. We enjoyed our wedding weekend from top to bottom and every guest and people who did not even attend who have seen pictures say it is the most beautiful wedding they have ever seen. I am an OCD detail oriented person and the week of the wedding I was not worried/stressed…at all! I knew that Fearon had everything handled and she definitely exceeded our expectations and dreams.

Fearon was so creative to work with and handled the many events of our daughter’s 3 day wedding in Guernville with amazing efficiency and energy. Our daughter worked with Fearon on her vision of the wedding weekend and the budget, then Fearon came back with great suggestions from how best to work with the hotel to exquisite details that added memorable charm to the weekend.
Fearon connected our daughter with a delightful husband and wife team who designed and printed the invitations, programs and place cards, and also handled all the photography. Fearon was always smiling and two steps ahead throughout the wedding events, leaving us free to celebrate.

I absolutely LOVED working with Fearon! I interviewed several event planners for full-​service wedding and event coordination. She impressed me with her creativity and attention to detail, as well as her approach to making sure our wedding was a direct reflection of our unique interests and style.
I work full time and had little flexibility with my schedule. Fearon handled all aspects of the wedding planning from researching products and prices to picking up samples, to scheduling interviews with vendors. The day of the wedding was stress-​free! I didn’t have to think about anything but showing up and enjoying my family, friends and new husband! She made sure our wedding was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend her for any special event.

I had a wedding with Fearon very recently. Fearon May was an excellent wedding planner from start to finish! She did several preliminary meetings planning every step of the way, and was pleasant to work with, very friendly and amenable.
When the day of the wedding arrived, everything went like clockwork, and Fearon took the care to be present but behind-​the-​scenes at every event, making sure all of the vendors and people that were a part of it started on time and knew their places. It was just fantastic. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying that whatever I write here will not do Fearon justice, but I will do my best. I live in Chicago and was planning a Tahoe wedding, so I contracted Fearon May Events to help me since I was out of state. She was more than willing to work within my budget and contract services to fit my needs. From the day I hired Fearon, she has been nothing but an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. Even though I hired her for her «month of services», she was pretty much working with me every step of the way, whenever I needed her.
Every contractor that I used from her referral list was awesome. Fearon was on the ball and kept all the contractors on time and on schedule. She went out of her way to stay in contact with one particular contractor that was difficult to get a hold of!
But this is what I expect of a wedding planner. It was the other help Fearon provided that went above and beyond my expectations. Fearon is extremely creative. She has an eye for detail and has so many great ideas. It was Fearon’s small, detailed touches that made the guests oooo and ahhhh at our wedding. She carted her own personal items up to Tahoe (free of charge) to add special touches to the décor. I have NO ability to decorate or be creative in terms of design, and my wedding looked like it should have been in a magazine (this is what everyone told me, and I agree!). That was ALL Fearon. I had nothing to do with it. She literally threw out a million ideas and ran with them.
On the day of the wedding I didn’t think twice about anything. I was never stressed and had soooo much fun the entire day and night. I was actually swimming and hanging out with friends all morning because I knew Fearon was there taking charge, both before and after the wedding. I didn’t lift a finger or even think twice about things getting done or running smoothly. Literally – nothing went even slightly wrong. Everything was perfect.
HIRE HER! SHE IS THE BEST! I can’t rave enough about her. Fearon – if you are reading this – THANK YOU!!! You made my day absolutely perfect. All of my family and friends are still talking about how awesome the wedding was, and it was all because of you.

I have found the most incredible, amazing, talented wedding coordinator in all of Sacramento and Placer region. I interviewed many coordinators of which none of them saw our vision and style. Fearon with Fearon May Events answered her phone at 10pm on a sunday night when I thought I was going to leave a message to set up an interview. Bubbly, friendly, and vibrant, I immediately knew she was the one.
As soon as we met the next day, her personality, the fresh/​new ideas that she brought to the table, and youth was exactly what we were seeking. Unlike the other coordinator’s overdone, boring, and unoriginal ideas. This is going to be the wedding of the year! My fiancé and I were extremely involved in the process, very demanding, had great vendors but none of it would be possible if it wasn’t for the hard work and efforts of Fearon. She met with us weekly on our schedules whether it be late night, weekends, or even last minute calls. She went on every appt with us and gave us nothing but first class service throughout several months and fought for us to get the best deals possible.
If anyone is planning a wedding or event and is looking to hire a coordinator then I strongly encourage you to call Fearon if you want a hassle free, one of a kind event. Trust me… there is no one else in town I interviewed them all!

Oh, where to start? I LOVE FEARON!!! I had the pleasure of working with Fearon for our wedding in February and she was AMAZING. We hired her for «the day of» which is deceiving because it is soooo much more than that. I am so glad we had her by our side. I teach and had summer off, so at first thought I could do it all myself. However, after hearing some horror tales from friends who tried doing their wedding without any professional help, I decided that it would be wise to find a planner. Enter Fearon: she is fun, full of great ideas, has an endless amount of knowledge and resources. She truly took charge and let us enjoy our wedding. I have a feeling I would not have been able to dance the night away if I was having to take care of the vendors and all of the details that happened the week of/​day of our wedding. I didn’t use all of the vendors on her list, but the perk was that some of them offered discounts for working with her. I will always be thankful to Fearon for making our wedding such a once in a lifetime moment. I know if she had not been there, it wouldn’t have been the great evening it was.
