History

Established in 1977.

Steve Ramirez, CEO of Ramirez Towing, Inc purchased the medium duty tow truck and name Ramirez Towing from his Dad’s already ongoing towing business since 1958. Ramirez Tow has grown from the one man, one tow truck to 10 units with 7 employees. Not too small but not too large to still offer that ideal customer service that Ramirez Tow has been known for since 1958.

Steve has a passion for the classic car as many do in the automotive profession. He restored a 1934 Ford wrecker which has been shown in local parades and Ford car shows. His Ford wrecker is also published in the ATHS Show Time collector’s special issue for his participation in the Pleasanton antique truck show.
