We have used American VIP Limousine service for three consecutive trips to Napa. We absolutely love Hector. He has gone above and beyond to set us up with wine tastings that meet our desires and has gone through hoops to make last minute appointments for us. His limo is neat, clean and always packed with lots of cold water! He is polite, knowledgable and a delight to be with. Hector & VIP Limo services is as good as it gets!

Hector was so great. We had a group of 7 ladies for a Bachelorette party. We went to multiple winery’s. We mapped out all the places we wanted to go and when we changed our minds and wanted to get lunch he took us to a great place and we had a picnic. Hector was the best!!!

We enjoyed Hector as our driver for our wine tour on Friday June 5, he was very knowledgeable on the different wineries that we went to! We had a picnic lunch that we brought which was perfect for lunch! I had asked for champagne and oj which he had for us in the limo upon picking us up from Redwood City! The day was gorgeous we could not have asked for anything to be better!!! 5* for sure!!!

Hector, our driver, showed us a wonderful time in the Napa Valley. He asked us what we’d already seen, our wine likes and dislikes, and customized our tour accordingly. What we enjoyed most of all is that he took us to small, out-​of-​the-​way — but excellent — wineries that gave us a more personalized experience, both in tastings and tours. The limo was spotless. We would highly recommend this company. (The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that this was our first limo tour and we have nothing to compare it to.)

I wish I could rate this company lower than one star! I had a horrible experience with American VIP Limos. Our driver was extremely unfriendly and did not have a positive attitude in the slightest. He almost seemed annoyed that he was working let alone doing his job and half the time he was texting on the phone while driving or at stop lights which was very unprofessional.
The owner was extremely rude after I called to simply inquire about some discrepancies with pricing and what I was being charged when I signed paperwork with the driver after our group was done with the service for the day. The statement listed two separate prices which I was unsure about. When I called to ask about it a few days later, the owner was raising his voice, speaking inappropriately, and being overbearing and defensive. I am absolutely astonished at the way he was speaking to a customer and the fact that he had no concept of genuine customer service. I highly recommend looking for another company who knows how to treat, speak to, and respect their customer!

American VIP Limousine is the best! Very knowledgeable and friendly drivers, especially Hector. He took us to some excellent wineries off the beaten path, including a boutique winery that served the wine at official White House dinners for both Presidents Obama and Bush. They give great day tours of San Francisco as well, and their prices are very reasonable.

Three cheers to Hector. He drove our group of 8 for two days and, despite our antics, never wavered from his professional yet warm demeanor.
Another wine tour recommended American VIP Limo and Hector when they were too booked to fit us in. They assured us that Hector would take care of our rowdy group of 8.
Four couples looking to taste, buy, and generally consume wine, we were immediately pleased when Hector was on time with a clean, lovely, water-​stocked limo.
For two days, we started out quiet and ended with hip hop music. We tried a few wineries each day, returning from most with boxes of wine. He made room for our wine, ensuring that it stayed cool in the car while we moved on. He even helped to clean up after our picnic.
Mostly, kudos to Hector for his patience as we planned our trip. A member of our party was interested in an itinerary. While this isn’t how I normally enjoy a wine trip, I wanted to be sure our guests had a fantastic time and knew what to anticipate. So, Hector and I exchanged many e-​mails and phone calls before he even met us. I had to make changes to our itinerary more than once. Surely he was ready to call the referring company and ask them to stop referring business to him! However, he never showed the slightest irritation. He patiently worked with me to get our two days planned.
If you are in the Napa area and want to take a group for a wine tour, I’d recommend Hector. He’ll treat you with style.

Bob made it fun & entertaining. The wines were very very good and with the cheese, olives, nuts, crackers and chocolate it was a wonderful experience. Thanks again Hector for taking such good care of us.

I would use American VIP Limo service again.
This last weekend, to celebrate my b-​day, I had some friends to go wine tasting to places that were fun and willing to accommodate a big group and Hector was really helpful probating suggestions of where to go.
A beautiful clean stretch limo, for 14 guest. we ere right on time for our tastings every place we both booked, that is really impressing, considering it was a big group.
Been driven by Hector our Limo driver was like having a buddy from the area drive you around with out having to worry about anything.
Now, that i think about how much my friends and I pay for the tour, the fun we had, and especially that we all were able to drink without having to drive, I am so happy we did it so.

Ruined Birthday! We requested a quote for my Father’s Birthday. American VIP returned the quote for a 4 hour wine tour with a reference #. I called to book the service and they told me the minimum would be a 6 hour booking which was never referenced in the estimate. We could not afford or need 6 hours-​Buyer Beware

This was a great company and they gave us a great deal. We paid for a smaller limo, but they sent a larger one to our surprise. Just make sure to give them your intinerary before hand, they do not like to deviate from it.
