Five Star Limousine Wine Tours & Transportation

Excellent!!! I have been using 5 star limo for the last 8 years and they never disappoint.
Richard is a local guy w local knowledge and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful. This weekend Richard was our driver — Great chauffeur made for a perfect day of wine tasting!!!

I planned a special weekend getaway in the Healdsburg area for early June to celebrate my husbands big birthday with 4 other couples. We had friends traveling from as far as San Diego and Redding to join us in celebration. As part of the weekend, we wanted to do wine tasting in the region. We booked with Richard from Five Star Limo 4 months prior to the birthday weekend. Richard was very helpful on the phone and followed up with an itinerary and suggestions on where to go tasting. I contacted him about a week before the trip just to give him a final list of where we wanted to go and confirm he had all the information he needed, which he said he did. The day of, we were all set to go at 11:00 am (set start time) but Richard never showed up!!! I called and left voicemails with no response and we received no phone calls from him about any delay or problem. Given that all my guests were expecting to go wine tasting, I started calling other limo companies to see if I could book something last minute but everyone was booked. One company, when told what happened, asked who the limo company was that did this to us. I told him FIVE STAR LIMO and he said «Oh, that company! They aren’t even licensed to be driving limos». Needless to say, no one ever showed up and we ended up having to drive ourselves around! So, if you are in need of a RELIABLE limo company, who shows up for your SPECIAL EVEN— DO NOT GO WITH FIVE STAR LIMO! You will be as sorry and disappointed as I was!

I would highly recommend this service!!! They were on time and incredibly professional. They made all the difference while we went wine tasting. The limos themselves were very clean, well maintained, and kept the group together with a festive atmosphere. Everyone loved the service! So glad we used them.

Five stars for Five Star and another one for our driver, Dave. I was on a girls trip, and we expected a van. We got a full service limo with an even better driver. Highly recommend for a day of wine tasting, a night on the town or any other transportation needs you have in he area.

Ten of us used this service all day (and night) on Sunday, October 27. Dave was amazing and patient as we changed our plans and objectives several times. He even cleaned the limo/​van in the short 20 minutes between our afternoon and evening adventures. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible, first, experience in Healdsburg with Five Star! They are reliable, warm, and knowledgable of the area and vineyards. They developed an itinerary for our group that fit us perfectly!

A buddy of mine recently booked Five Star for us and our wives. Rich showed up on time, was pleasant and professional all day, and showed us some real hidden gems we would never have considered. We will certainly use him again the next time we visit this area.

Awesome experience! Being a long time native of the area with short time experience as far as wine tasting goes, I wanted to take my girlfriend and I out on a private wine tour yet I didn’t quite know where to go… That’s where Rich came in! He designed a wine tour based upon my girlfriends love of Zin, and every spot we went to was a ringer! We ended at Armida playing boccie ball with a glass full of PoiZin before Rich set us up with a reservation at Ravenous… couldn’t have gotten any better! Rich was on time, professional, accommodating, and (my favorite) pretty damn funny. With his fantastic knowledge of wine and the area, I will definitely be using Rich again. Soon!

Rich custom designed a wine tour of the Russian River, Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys for my friends and I. It was a fantastic tour. I rarely get out in wine country but with friends in town I wanted to do it right. We had lunch at Sbragia Family Winery (all set up by Rich). The day was topped off with a Wine and Cheese pairing at Williamson Wines in downtown Healdsburg. Rich was prompt, professional and without his connections it wouldn’t have been such a great day of wine tasting!

We had a great tour with Richard. I organized a day long wine tour for my sister’s bachelorette party and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. I had shopped around at a few other local limo places and this was definitely the best deal too.
He was on time, knew all the wineries we wanted to go to, very professional and friendly. He even picked up our picnic lunch for us! I would highly recommend him for any group or party wine tours, the limo was beautiful.

We had guests from out of state come to visit, Rich really did a fantastic job of getting us from place to place as we toured the north bay. From the coast to the winery, we enjoyed the professional service! It was the highlight of our visit! I very highly recommend Five Star Limosine for their quality & professionalism!

Rich is not only extremely knowledgeable about all the wineries and the best locations to visit he is extremely funny and showed our large group a wonderful time! I would ABSOLUETLY hire Five Star Limousine for my future events!!!

Wow, what a great tour. Last minute and got personal sevices like we had been a customer for years. The large SUV was as clean as a pin and we felt like Royalty. Every stop we made was based on our taste.
Richard had done his home work, he took us to the places that fit our taste. He even got us into a private tasting. He is from the area and everyone knows him. Great trip, we will be back and use Five Star…

Do not book a trip with Five Star limo! We booked a trip 2 weeks in advance, recieved a confirmation email showing the booking and then they did not show up. We called and emailed but were not able to reach them. They did not call to let us know and we had to scramble at the last minute to find another limo. I repeat do not use Five Star limo!

Five Star Limo did a great job! They were on time, professional and very accomidating. It was my mother-​in-​laws birthday AND first time in a limousine. Our driver, Kenny, made sure it was special.
I have used Five Star Limousine before and have NEVER had a problem. I highly recommend this company.

This is a horrible limo service. I planned my event several weeks in advance with this company. On the day of the event, I was stood up. I received no phone call letting me know the driver would not show up. I was forced to scramble to find another limo and was 2 hours late to my event. After getting a far bigger limo than needed from another company, I WILL NEVER USE THIS LIMO SERVICE.
If you have an important event, I would not choose this company.
