The limo didn’t show up at noon to take my daughter’s wedding party to the wedding site. No one called me to alert me in advance. When called Royal Coach, no one even knew the driver had never arrived at work. After I called, they tried unsuccessfully to find another driver or another limo service. So my daughter and six friends had to squeeze into small cars with dresses, flowers, etc.
Later Royal Coach sent me an email saying their driver was rear ended so he couldn’t get to work and they couldn’t reach him until 3pm. Apparently his cell phone was also rear ended. Royal clearly lacks some basic procedures and controls to make sure this doesn’t happen. Like a person at the facility that verifies that the driver arrived and left with the limo on time. Plus a backup driver on call in case someone gets sick, rear ended, or whatever. Maybe Two Guys and a Dog Limo Service wouldn’t have controls and a backup, but I expected Royal Coach would this practices in place.

I have never written a Unilocal review so the fact that I am taking the time to write this is because I cannot believe how horrible the service was from this company. Especially the complete lack of customer service and respect. I have detailed my experience below.
1. After scheduling 2 pickups, the driver only did one pickup and then did not pick up the 2^nd wave of guests from their hotels and drove right by the hotel. This caused my entire wedding to be pushed 45 minutes and costed me over 1.5k per hour. Let alone all the stress as a bride who learns that half her wedding party is missing.
2. He was rude to my guests and the onsite staff bascially they had to beg him to go back for the guests he did not pick up during the 2^nd scheduled pickup
3. He refused to bring guests home early, even though I paid for the entire night. He only wanted to do a trip with all the guests after the entire wedding was over. This caused the bus to be over capacity and all the guests were standing up and feeling sick.
4. When I had asked for a refund for the manager she insinuated that I was lying and just wanted my money back and said her driver had said differently. She refused to put the customers first and was absolutely RUDE to me throughout our entire conversation. I had to ask for another guest to give her a statement before she even acknowledged that I was telling the truth. After this she only agreed to a 50% refund.
This company has no idea what they are doing and do not understand what good customer service looks like. If you want a successful event I would avoid this company completely.

Very disappointed in the service you provided to the Napa High School football teams last night. The freshman and JV busses had broken air conditioning. Traveling to Turlock from napa in 100+ degree weather with no AC put our boys in an unsafe environment. The coaches had to stop the bus and unload the boys as the bus became dangerously hot.

We selected this vendor to provide three coaches to our wedding and after party and back to hotels. The buses arrived and departed on time and made all the stops (there were five in total) seamlessly. Communication and flexibility by the staff in the months leading up to the event were also A+. Shout out to Nick who helped us plan and book everything. Highly recommend.

There are none better when it comes to great vehicles, drivers and pricing. If you have an event in the Napa Valley, trust this great company to see that everything is perfectly timed and all potential pitfalls (tricky country roads, etc.) anticipated. They know the area better than anyone!
You’ll also enjoy speaking to (yes!) a PERSON on the phone and get quick turnaround on availability and pricing. I love them :-)

Royal coach handled the transportation of my out-​of-​town weddings guests on the day of my wedding. They were SO easy to work with. There were no hidden costs and they were professional and on time. They had quite a rowdy crowd to transport home and they did it very well. They are one of the better priced options in the Valley and I highly recommend them to anyone needing transportation around the Valley.

Royal Coach handled the pickups for a group event of 70 attendees flying in from SFO, and seamlessly managed multiple changes to itineraries, both domestic and international, and handled last minute requests with ease. They were responsive to both emails and phone calls, and pleasant and efficient throughout. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Professional, On-​time, Accommodating, and a joy to work with. They helped right from the time of booking with arranging shuttle service for my wedding in Napa. They are not just focused on making money, they are honest and stay true to your best interests. Even though there was a small error with a pick up location, the driver (Cristian) was patient and didn’t hesitate to help out. He was very friendly to all guests and made the ride enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Royal Coach!

Royal Coach helped us out of a serious pinch. We were married in Santa Rosa in October and were planning a destination wedding. Our planners were also non-​local (from LA) and we were searching for a company we could trust to bus 60 guests from two separate hotels (in Napa and Santa Rosa) to and from our venue. It looked like we were going to have to use three separate smaller vehicles from another company at a hefty price, but then we found Royal Coach. By using their large bus, we saved tons. The fleet is well-​maintained and attractive enough for use to transport wedding guests and every single time we reached out to Royal they were helpful, pleasant and professional. We happily recommend them.

We are so happy to book our napa visit with Royal Coach Limosines! Our driver Christian was courteous and friendly. He knew when to to leave us (a group of 16 people) some privacy, but also knew when to interject with help or fun moments. Especially with picture taking (Thanks Christian!). We had looked into many other shuttle/​bus/​limo services but really happy we ended up with this one. They made the whole experience seamless.

We were so happy with our driver Ray — he was punctual — accommodating — he took all the worries about drinking and driving and about our not knowing the area out of our hands and helped us to have a really enjoyable day. I would certainly recommend him and Royal Limousine to anyone in the Napa or Sonoma area

Royal Coach did a great job on our wine tasting tour! George was fantastic and took very good care of us. He never hesitated to load /​unload or let us wait in the van while he checked at each winery if they were ready for us. Great job and very nice, new, clean 12 passenger van. Royal Coach also has a competitive hourly rate with the lowest minimum hours. Highly recommended!
