Great service, great quality. Would definitely recommend. I wish there were weekend opening hours though, that would be convenient.

I just recently opened up my dental practice and was looking for a Business to print my prescription pads. I looked at this company up on Google because they had great reviews and decided to order from them.
All the printing on the prescription pads came out excellent and I definitely recommend and will be a returning customer next time I order. Thank you very much.

SAVED MY LIFE. I had a crazy printing job that needed to be done in 48 hours. Every place I called needed 5 working days. Dom came up with a brilliant solution that could be done VERY quickly and affordably. His staff even did the graphics for me and helped me assemble the project– his employees helped me velcro flash drives into folders so I could get my project to Fedex in time. Everything came out beautifully. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!!

Just read some of the unfortunate negative reviews and thought I would write about my very positive experience.
With just one week before our company’s first trade show we needed to start procuring marketing materials (we waited until the last minute of course). Our designs were mostly complete but we needed a vendor to produce them. We needed: 1000 multi-​paged booklets, 1000 flyers, 300 mini posters (scored for folding) flyers, three 36“x48″ banners and 400 9×12 2-​pocket folders. All designs were full color.
I spent half a day vetting four different suppliers in MV, one in Sunnyvale and one in Palo Alto getting quotes and checking out facilities. At the end of the day I chose Minuteman Press because they came across as being organized, knowledgeable, proactive, and forthcoming. Also, the colors on the samples they printed for me while I waited were accurate whereas two of the other guys had poor color rendition that they said they could not correct for whatever reason. What clinched the deal for me was Minuteman were only a 3 minute drive from our office.
All suppliers informed me quick turn 2-​pocket folders are labor intensive and require more than 4 days to produce in the quantities I wanted. I ordered everything + 150 folders from Minuteman. I also ordered 250 folders from a more expensive supplier which, by the way, could not print on the pockets whereas Minuteman could.
File transfer via the Minuteman website was clean, fast, and automated. Proofs are sent via email. The entire process was organized and straightforward. It’s safer tracking system than sending files via email.
Summary: Fantastic results, quick turn around and excellent communication. I highly recommend Dom and his team at Minuteman Press MV supplier for your brochure and banner printing needs.

My sister called MMP of Mt View after our mother died and she needed a couple of hours of graphics work to scan and edit some photos for a memorial service. I am guessing that their graphics charge is about $ 75/​hr, so this is not an insignificant order…
My sister stated that she would not print the actual job there as she was going to try and use her home printer, The owner of this store told her that if we would not print the actual job there, then he did not want to do the graphics work.
This attitude just blows me away! As a former owner of a MMP, it boggles my mind to think that a store owner would refuse a decent graphics job. I know that in my day we would welcome ANY reasonable job but evidently this shop is rolling in cash and can just cherry pick the jobs that suit them.
Due to the circumstances of a recent family death, they showed no compassion whatsoever and I would caution anyone from trusting this shop with their business.

ZERO stars. Don’t even think about going if you don’t have a BIG job for them. Evidently they do not need small jobs… or the money for one hour of graphics work.
I called and asked if they could scan in hard copy pics and lay them out for a 2ft by 3 ft poster and give me a disk with the file (so i could get family approval since this was for a memorial for my Mom who had just died). The OWNER said no, would not give me media to print elsewhere. What a tool! He knew it was for a memorial service. STAY AWAY from this place, they are mean.

Seriously a great printing company. Very accommodating, even with tight deadlines, excellent quality & service. They send you a print proof to check before it goes to print & I’ve given them some very tight turnaround time and they have never disappointed! Great deal, too. I would recommend them to anyone.

This review has been a long time coming, but I was hoping not to have to write it.
Last year I got a little bit of funding to work on an indie card game. I began looking around for local printers to help with business cards, mock decks, banners, etc. Minuteman was the first one I found since it’s only a block away from my apartment.
They did a set of business cards for me and that went well enough, though the price was kind of high compared to some other local shops that I’ve found since then.
Then I brought in several collectible cards for them to analyze and give me a quote for each set (if I were to make my game in the same style as one of these). I had one card from every major card game (Magic, Pokemon, etc.) and gave specific instructions not to lose them (it should go without saying, BUT…).
A month or so goes by and I don’t hear anything, so I go in to check and they haven’t finished the quote yet. Right there, that’s already way too long, but whatever. Another month goes by, and then MONTHS, and finally the «President» of Minuteman, Dom Passanisi, reveals to me that he lost my cards. He insists he’s still looking for them and might have «taken them home» and will let me know. After a couple of months of this, I ask for a comped set of business cards (the same thing they already printed for me before) while I wait, to which they obliged.
Then months and months go by at this point, to where I originally came to them in June of 2012 and now it’s March of 2013 and still my cards are missing. Minuteman never emails or calls me to let me know if A) they’ve given up looking, B) they found them, or C) they haven’t found them yet but just wanted to provide the basic courtesy of keeping me updated.
So I’ve been uncharacteristically patient and calm over this (it’s almost been a freaking year!), but at this point they’ve crossed a threshold of unprofessional and incompetence from which there is no return. I send a polite but upfront email asking them for another update and requesting that they provide a small printing job for the estimated value of the cards. A fair trade, and then we’ll go our separate ways.
The following day I get this response:
«Thank you for your email and offer; however, I have located your cards. They are at our reception desk for you to pick up whenever you like. Thank you.»
No apology whatsoever. And, ironically, after all that time I don’t even get the quote I was originally after. I don’t want to tell other people how to run their business, but…
Since they’ve only had three other reviews in the past few years it doesn’t really seem like they get a lot of business, but I’ll be recommending to all of my friends and contacts in the area to stay away.
I’ve been using Prodigy Press nearby and am much happier with the service and pricing, and they never lose anything. But I feel like even if they did, they’d at least apologize for it.

Have had only had the best service & worked with the nicest people…

Fast, cheap, good quality.
As for the service… I came to their office at 4:45pm and it was closed. I was worried I could not pick the business cards in time for our event. They called me explaining what happened and delivered to my office at 6pm.
