The best place to get your prints made! They’ve done more than enough for me to get everything I needed done on time and even better then what I expected. Definitely go here if you’re trying to decide between printing places.

Prodigy is fantastic. This was my first time printing a book and they helped me through the entire way. I also printed business cards with them. Both turned out amazing.
–Responsive. They often replied to my emails before work hours.
–Knowledgeable. They knew the terms, made them simple for me to understand, and presented options I wasn’t aware of.
–Efficient. From returning proofs to printing the actual business cards and books, they were very fast.
–Personal. They aren’t like FedEx or UPS where you turn in a file and pick up the product. You get to go in, talk with Ray (who is such a cool guy) and talk about your goal for the project. He’ll make suggestions and work with you, not just for you.
–Great prices. Prodigy had the best prices I could find in the area which is why I chose them initially.

True story. Was standing in line at Kinkos. Searched for printers and found this shop around the corner. Walked over and had a poster printed and was out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. The poster came out beautifully.

So, I’m off to a conference out of town tomorrow/​Sunday. I needed business cards printed quickly. They said they’d have them close of business Thursday. Of course, I forgot to pick them up and they are closed today (Saturday). I left a voicemail and email this morning. This afternoon they called and said they would leave them outside their door after 5. I picked them up and they look fantastic. Thank you Prodigy Press for a great first experience!

If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to Prodigy Press. I came here for a very small personal printing order for a custom bachelorette invite I needed printed on good quality card stock.

I have done business with Prodigy Press for many years now. They are the standard for how printing and customer service should be handled. I especially like the fact that they are constantly going above and beyond, such as last minute rush orders that I get to them, or custom design jobs. The delivery is also excellent, they have delivered orders to us extremely late at night, or very early in the morning (at my request).
I run a relatively small business and they have always been there for us. I also like supporting family run businesses such as these. The prices are also extremely fair.
The only negative aspect I can say is their location has recently changed and can be a little far out for some people I could see. But, they do deliver almost anywhere and will stay open later for business.

I based my business experience with the following:
1. Customer service: Ray was personable, patient, and helpful via over the phone, e-​mail, and in person. I originally phoned in to inquire bridal invitation print-​outs and he had requested for me to e-​mail my design directly to him to avoid wasting gas and time. He gave me constructive feedback to ensure I would be happy with the final results. In all, he responded in a prompt manner and showed he cared about what I wanted; this is very rare in the business world these days. Companies need to EARN their customer’s business and respect, and Ray surely earned mine!
2. Quality: The quality of his work was superior. The ink on the invitation was bold and much better than the work I’ve seen at other print shops, including Kinkos. Additionally, the graphics was crisp and clean. I was extremely happy with the final results.
3. Price: He is reasonably priced, much more inexpensive than local print shops and online print services. In all honesty, he can probably charge much more than what he does because the quality is that great! I would highly recommend him to any of my friends, family, or colleagues for any print projects.
Side note: I had previously called Oakmead Printing to inquire about their printing services and they refused my invitation printing inquiry. In addition, he was very short with me over the phone and did not seem like he wanted my business. I am glad he gave me horrible customer service over the phone, or I would of never found Ray at Prodigy Press!!!

I am almost never moved to write a Unilocal review, but I have been so, so, SO happy with the service, prices, and quality I’ve gotten from Ray at Prodigy that I sort of want to shout it from the rooftops.
Ray has printed gorgeous posters, invitations, and flyers for various school projects that I’ve gotten embroiled in, and I’ve always been thrilled with the results.
If you’re looking for a printer, stop looking. I’ve tried at least four others, and Prodigy is by far the best.

Ray was very helpful! When you enter, it looks like a business office rather than a store. However, they are very courteous, speedy (got my huge job done in 24 hrs), and nice prices! Great, clean job done and very well organized. They had everything ready and waiting for me neatly when I arrived. Ray is awesome!

I found Prodigy after a pretty terrible year-​long experience with a different local printer. This is apparently a new location or something. They don’t even have a sign up or anything so it can be hard to find, but it’s worth the effort.
The customer service here is extremely nice. The first time I came they gave me a tour of the facility and explained how everything worked so I better understood the process (since I’d be coming here a lot over the next several months).
Their prices are also the best I’ve encountered, I just wish I would have found them sooner.

I found Prodigy Press via Unilocal (they are currently bikeable from my house– but are moving soon to Sunnyvale). I work for a non-​profit and wanted low-​price color printing. I called around, found out they were cheapest and they put together my project.
Ray and the other staff I met there were awesome. I’m actually bummed that they are moving, since it would have been nice to have a go-​to printing place in the neighborhood.

We don’t like to give away our professional ‘secrets’, but Prodigy Press has served us so well, and made me look so good, that I must give them props. Their services are fast and responsive, Ray is approachable and unflappable. The nature of the business is ‘We need it yesterday’, and Ray and his staff always do their best to accommodate. Prodigy is a top-​flight shop.

My company has gone to these guys for all kinds of printing jobs — greeting cards, brochures, flyers, certificates. They are a small operation, which means they get back to you quickly and you’re not dealing with some vast online support system, yet they have quick turnaround and are great about helping you edit images if it needs to be cropped a tiny bit or anything to fit perfectly onto their sheets of paper. Ray is professional yet friendly and great to work with.
Quick tip about greeting cards: if you want them to look professional, always ask for them to be folded. It may take a day or 2 longer because they have to send it to an outside company, but it’s worth it. If you fold it yourself, the edges somehow NEVER line up right and you can always tell it’s «homemade».

Ray is amazing! Getting wonderful customer service and a good quality product is so rare these days that I almost didn’t believe it.
We needed 90 copies each of two volumes that were around 300 pages each. Sending over the proof was a breeze! I reviewed it, gave him the thumbs up for the cover the next morning, and 24 hours later everything was delivered. No fuss or confusion — so much better than what we’ve dealt with before.
