The customer service is beyond incredible. I dealt with Bryan and he got me pricing, a mock up, and my full order in less time than it took to see something from two other companies. I would tell EVERYONE to order from this company. They are truly amazing!!!

I just order 100 USB key drives. They arrived 1 day sooner than promised and look great.
I requested a quote at 10pm on Monday and had a complete quote the next morning in my inbox at 8am. Placed the order on Wednesday and had the drives delivered to the office the following Thursday.
The salesperson (Charlie) was great. He gave me good advice on the logo placement and sizing. I wanted the logo size smaller, he recommended against going any smaller – good thing, because the result is the logo placement and sizing are perfect.

I work at a literacy organization and needed branded flash drives to distribute to students in our programs. I had the pleasure of working with Flashbay’s James Choe and Matt Boland. Both gentleman were extraordinarily to work with — they responded quickly to questions, communicated clearly, and turned the project over in a very short period of time. Two thumbs up for this company! Not only that they have the best price for flash drive but also make the most impressive promotional products for any companies who want to impress their customers. As to customer service, Flashbay provides the best customer service few companies out there are able to match and absolutely deserves a 5 stars rating. From the first day I contacted them to the end of my order, they always kelp me in touch, updated me and followed through my order. Put in a $ 3000 order and received it within one week.

What a great experience! Flashbay had great prices online — but that was just the start; the service was great (my rep Dave Patterson should get some kind of award) and they stayed in contact throughout the entire process. We sell high end training programs for small business owners — «Looking Good» isn’t good enough, we need the data to be perfect and it is.

Service is mediocre at best. I had an «Account Manager» who I began communicating my needs — I found myself talking to no one. I learned a few days and emails later that Acct Manager Christian was «no longer with FlashBay»…Ugh, wasted time = wasted money. They didn’t bother following up with me, I had to hunt someone down. Eventually Lauren got back to me and took over. Of course which meant I had to start over. I was very clear what I wanted — apparently not clear enough. A few emails back and forth and phone call wasn’t clear enough to describe what I wanted. Long story short, miscommunication again on FlashBay’s

I’m sorry, I don’t care how «cheap» you are and how good your product appears to be. but if you can’t keep service consistent. forget it. I don’t want your service or your product.
