Fredy started working for a contractor and after a few years he decided to go out on his own. It took a few years but with time he has been able to equip his business with the most up to date tools and equipment. He has also been able to hire and train several excellent employees.

I noticed that rain water was coming off my roof everywhere but via the downspouts. I called Fredy and he quickly texted back an estimate after looking at my house. Via text message, we scheduled an appointment for the weekend. It could not have been easier.
Fredy and his crew showed up and went immediately to work. They were quick, professional, and did great work. The gutters were spotless and they fixed various gutters, including one that was twisted off my roof due to trapped water. Very good cleanup afterwards too.
I definitely recommend Fredy’s team for your gutter cleaning and repair.

I contacted Fredy through his website to have our gutters cleaned. Fredy promptly responded the same day and we arranged via email for him to come the following day after 5:00 pm to give us a quote. He arrived as promised, gave us a fair quote and scheduled the cleaning the for next day. His team arrived exactly at 8:00 am as scheduled and quickly got to work. We rent a house and it appears the gutters hadn’t been cleaned in years, but they still completed the job in about an hour. The team did a great job cleaning up and everything was left in even better condition than when they started. I would absolutely use Fredy’s services again and recommend them to others!

I needed my home’s gutters cleaned and the skylights inspected and sealed. I emailed Fredy using the email on his website. He responded almost immediately, came a few days later to give me an estimate, and a couple of days after that to perform the job. He thought this would take three hours, and even though he and his team ended up spending six hours here, he kept to his word and did not attempt to charge more than the estimate. As far as I can tell, they did a thorough job, and I also appreciate that they wore shoe covers when inside the house and left no mess behind.

Fredy was prompt in answering questions and showed up with his crew right on time. His crew was professional and did a good job. They did a thorough cleaning last winter in the middle of the raining season. They recently did another clean up and also replaced a section of badly corroded gutter. All very well done.

Great Work! Fredy and his guys did a great job cleaning our gutters. I would highly recommend them! I called Fredy on Monday he came out that afternoon gave me a quote and said he could have his crew at my house between 8:00 and 8:30am the next morning. Fredy and his guys showed up right on time the next morning and went to work. They did a great job. We have a metal roof and they took great care while working on our roof. They not only cleaned the gutters but checked out all the seams for any leaks. They worked neatly and cleaned up and as bonus cleaned out our light wells. Thanks Fredy and team I well certainly use your service again and would recommend you highly!

We’ve been using Fredy’s service for a number of years. We started by hiring him regularly for our gutter cleaning. Later, we also hire him fix a roof leak and some paint job for our outdoor post. Fredy’s the team is quite professional. They showed up on time, did a good job and charged a fair price. Sorry to hear about the other user’s experience on roof leak fix. Their job on my roof leak fix works fine. We’ll continue to rely on his service.

Emailed Freddy on a Friday, and he came out on Monday (a holiday). He jumped up on the roof, and made some suggestions, that we followed. He had to go to another job but let his employee there, he worked really really hard, he was at our house for over 5 hours! He fixed one large leak we had, cant really test it until it rains, but as for now 5 start service: D

Fredy came by my house at 9:20, when our appt was for 10:00. No big deal, but I was still in my pj’s playing with my daughter on our day off. When I opened the door, I apologized for my late reply, and he argued back that we actually wanted him to come at 8:00. I said but we actually made the appt for 10:00, and that I would be out in a minute. He snapped, «fine!» I closed the door to put on my shoes and sweatshirt, came back out to find him burning rubber out of my driveway. I called to him confused, but he ignored me and raced away down our street.
This was such strange behavior, as well as unprofessional. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but I wouldn’t want to deal with him again given his unstableness and temper. Our conversation maybe lasted 2 minutes, and he became so angry. I would suggest using caution if you’re going to hire this guy. There’s a reason why he’s cheap.

Fredy is a master of his craft when it comes to cleaning gutters. It was easy to schedule the work via email, he showed up on time, it took just over an hour, and he left the yard tidier than when he arrived. His prices were very reasonable, and he was pleasant and efficient to deal with. I plan to call him again next year and may call on him for other types of work.

I emailed Fredy via his website and he replied within a few hrs. He came by the same day and gave me a quote to clean the gutters and to cut a few large overhanging branches. His quote was very fair and competitive. He came out a few days later, showed up early which was great.
Fredy and his colleague worked hard and did an amazing job. Both super courteous, hardworking and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to use his services again in the future.

The roof that was fixed by Freddie eventually leaked when the rainy days come. I tried to contact Freddie numerous times (calling, texting, leaving voice message) to talk about the issue, but got a hard time in reaching him and no replies of any kind. Hi Fred if you are looking at this comment please contact me.
PS: I’m not sure if he is still on vacation or if he is not running the business anymore when I am writing this. But I definitely want him to finish what he started.

Freddy is a man of few words, does the job well, and charges affordable rates. I called on a Friday morning about a broken sprinkler head. He said he’d be at my home Saturday at 4:00, text him the address.
He came by Saturday afternoon, I showed him the pop-​up sprinkler head that my dog managed to mangle, biting a hole into the plastic tube. Freddy went to OSH, picked up the correct part, return and proceeded to fix it in minutes. He charged $ 30.
A job well done, I’ll call him again.

Fredy and his crew did a good job with the gutter cleaning. However, when they came back to do the roof cleaning to clear off the moss, they were very careless. They cleared the roof of moss but got moss all over my property, and I had to argue with Fredy to get it cleaned up. In the process of cleaning up the moss, they also took off new paint on parts of my retaining wall. Fredy said he would come back to do the touch up paint, but I told him that he and his crew would no longer be allowed on my property to avoid further property damage.

I emailed Fredy and within a few hours had scheduled the appointment for the estimate entirely over email. He was prompt for the estimate and offered to come do the gutter cleaning the next day (Saturday). That wouldn’t work for me, so he agreed to come on Monday. He was prompt on Monday (he was actually 5 minutes early!) and they worked for four hours cleaning my gutters.
They did a great job, he’s very professional, I will definitely be going back to him in the future.

Those past Unilocal reviews are not kidding. Fredy Moran is the real deal, as advertised. He is based near the border of Mountain View and Palo Alto.
I contacted him about a small urgent irrigation repair, and a less urgent, but overdue, rain gutter cleaning and sealing. He was able to come on short notice, took care of both jobs immediately, and also located and patched a troublesome small roof leak. He came equipped with specialized gutter-​cleaning equipment and helpers, who tidied up everything after their whirlwind of activity (the rain-​gutter maintenance took around 90 minutes all-​told). Fredy didn’t even charge me for the two incidental repairs, just his very reasonable fee for the rain-​gutter work, but I paid him something extra anyway.
I will certainly use Fredy’s services again. The bill statement advertises also painting, fencing, and landscaping services. This firm is a valuable resource worth knowing about!
