My specialties include: circuit training, weight training, functional training, yoga, injury rehab & prevention (shoulder, knee, low back, sciatica, etc), race training, obstacle race training (Tough Mudder, etc), kettlebell & TRX. History
Established in 2012.
As a personal trainer, I get to have a positive impact on people’s lives daily. To me, my clients are my people. Getting them to their fitness goals & improving their quality of life so they can be their best is my top priority. We not only feel like friends, but family. I grew up watching my family battle health issues such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease & cancers. It is my firm belief that a good diet & regular exercise can prevent & sometimes reverse these fatal diseases.
Seeing my clients improve their health by having the ability to go hiking or play with their grandkids or fitting back into their skinny jeans confirms that the hard work put in by my clients & myself is worth every sweaty minute. It is truly rewarding being a trainer as I change lives through fitness. My love for living the fit life and helping others is why I do what I do.
