WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! NEVER USE!!!
I stopped at the wash to get tree sap off my car. Half way through the wash my low tire pressure light came on. When I pulled out of the wash I pulled over and discovered I had a rear driver’s side flat tire.
I spoke with the attendant who stated that his father owned the wash and was unavailable to come and look at the damage.
My husband put the spare on and in the mean time I walked home with my 11 month old and five year old.
My husband was advised to return the following morning, which he did, to speak with the owner. The owner said he need a half a day to talk to his «partners» before he would make a decision as to whether or not to pay for any damage to the tire.
Now my husband is at the dealer getting the tire fixed (again with the two kids). This whole thing could have been rectified if he would have just covered the cost to repair or replace the tire (which was only 6 months old).
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WASH AND HOPE YOU WON’T EITHER!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Golf & Harlem Citgo is located on the southeast corner of Golf & Harlem in Morton Grove, Illinois. There is access from eastbound Golf Road and from both directions on Harlem Avenue. The business sells gas, diesel and contains a quickie mart and automatic car wash.
I stopped in one afternoon and purchased gas using my credit card. They were offering a $ 0.05/gal. discount for cash, but you have to go into the quickie mart to pay in advance. The pump I used was old and had taped over labels for buttons. There was a squeegee to wash my windshield, but no paper towels were in the dispenser.
They offer «free» air for your tires, but the fitting at the end of the hose was damaged. It didn’t allow me to put air in my tires.
Is it too much to ask for some paper towels and a working air hose?
