Wow. ATTEMPTED RIP-​OFF! While my policy is not to leave a bad review, this guy is terrible. First of all, he does not speak English. Sorry– I am sure he understands English better than I will ever understand his language– but he was unintelligible and after much angst eventually handed the phone to James, who was polite and well-​spoken despite the angry-​sounding, choppy direction he was receiving from the first guy, who conveyed the offer to make my Honeybaked Ham delivery to bereaved family members for $ 30, (steep for a 4.7 mile drive, but okay…) But then… after I had confirmed my order at the store… I called James back and he said, «He’s telling me $ 30 plus a tip for the driver plus 5% credit card fee, [5% credit card fee? WHAT?] plus…» and I knew I was being ripped off and «worked.» GROSS money-​grab! I called another company, (Park Ridge Taxi,) and they were super-​nice AND FAIR. This guy does not deserve your business or mine.
