Our prices (for insurance or self pay) can be literally 50% to 75% less than comparable hospital imaging exams.

We are conveniently located 20 minutes north of the City of Chicago on Dempster & Waukegan, with Free Indoor Parking on the south side of our building.

The technicians here were extremely friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Kim was warm, professional, and treated me like a priority. We had a minor scheduling confusion (I think I was initially told the appointment was a half hour earlier than it was…) but then they were able to finish my tests sooner than expected and get me on my way. Staff also worked with my doctor’s office closely and was even able to get a copy of my test order by fax when I forgot it (my bad!). So helpful. I really felt cared for and highly recommend this facility.

Overall good experience with x-​ray of cervical spine. Answered phone right away. Gave me detailed pricing. Very good insurance and self-​pay prices (not best but close) for the Chicago area and suburbs, way better than Northshore. Took me as a walk in within 10 minutes after I arrived. Clean place. Good equipment. Got me xray on CD within 10 minutes (although she said it would take 5 minutes). Faxed report over to doctor on time. Billed insurance. No problems.
I am going back for MRI and CT scan. I wish I would have gone for my ultrasound last year, that cost me a lot. They do mammograms as well.

I had the opportunity to go to 3t Imaging and can definitely say I won’t ever go back. I had the opportunity to meet with one of the partners who dismissed my complaints. Front desk ladies liked to talk about their weekends. They violated HIPA laws by talking about personal data In a public setting. I recorded some to prove a point for my HIPA complaint. They don’t manage schedules well. The entire office was filled with people waiting past their scheduled appointments. This isn’t McDonald’s. There needs to be much more done to improve the experience. The partner snapped at me. The office manager never took my complaint. Avoid at all costs.

If you need a mammogram don’t hesitate to go here. They are professional, the technicians are welcoming and make you feel comfortable.
The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is if you need a diagnostic mammogram, they only offer this service twice a week, all day Thursday and only mornings on Friday.
