Just had a knee MRI done at Golf MRI and was extremely happy with my entire visit. The receptionists were super friendly and polite, there was almost no wait time and technician was very professional, thorough and explained me the upcoming procedure in details. Their location is convenient and there is plenty of parking unlike any hospital or many other imaging facilities. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family members for all their diagnostic radiology needs in the future!

Yes, this place is horrible. As soon as I walked in I went up to the receptionist desk and there is a sliding glass door between me and the receptionists. Extremely rude and basically ignored me when I asked them a question. They pretended they did not hear me because the glass door was shut. cmon! There is also a sign on the wall stating to turn off all cell phones when in the building, however the receptionist’s cell phone kept going off and she wouldn’t even answer it and just let it ring. At the same time she’s getting texts messages. There were at least 3 of them that couldn’t answer any of my questions and made me felt rushed. The place was dark and cramped. I actually cancelled my appointment because I just did not feel right being there.

Very rude receptionist. Rude on the phone and in person. What has happened to customer service? The technician was polite. I did feel rushed throughout the imaging. Cigna… You did me wrong.

Horrible. For once they are NOTJACO accredited, they LOST their accreditation due to safety violations, as I found out too late. Receptionists have an attitude problem more appropriate to a spoiled teenage brats. Made me wait for over 40 mins. The floor in examination room is dirty. Their«marketing manager» who dresses and acts like a cheap stripper tried to get me to recommend them to my friends and relatives, didn’t care that I was in pain. Techs looked and acted like I was just another number to them. NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN.
