This company did a really good job, they are on time, neat and professional. I schedule an appointment on Friday they were here on a Monday. Fix my AC in about 10 minutes they left and my pocket were not hurting afterwards. I’m very pleased with the service I got from this company.

No joke, I’ve never seen such quick response, courteous service, and thorough diagnostic like this before and I’ve even worked for a heating and air company. Definitely our go-​to for any future issues.

I will use ARS anytime I need repairs, service or new equipment. The service tech was genuine and saved me money. I’m glad there’s honest guys out there!

We love ARS Comfort Solutions! We have used them for over 2 years and they have replaced both our air conditioner and our furnace. We have dealt with other a/​c companies in the past, but have always had some sort of issue (once a very big issue, which ARS ended up fixing). As a relatively new home owner, it’s hard to know who to trust in this business, but you can definitely trust ARS. When you call, the scheduling is done by Andrew, who is really great. He is knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and courteous. He often also comes to the job sites. The technicians we have dealt with are also really great. All of their work is guaranteed so they will come back out for follow up calls at no charge. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Andrew from ARS was exceptional in two ways. 1) skilled and knowledgeable 2) great customer service. Just recently our carbon monoxide alarm began to go off when we used our furnace. I attempted to call several other HVAC companies after 5:00 and Andrew was the only one that called back. Over the phone he took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how I should proceed to temporarily resolve the issue. He came the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue, due to the furnace’s return location it was causing our water heater to backdraft through the open flue. He clearly explained the procedures to getting it resolved and he was even available over the phone after the service call to answer my questions.
I highly recommend Andrew from ARS. I’ll be calling ARS again to diagnose and repair any of my future HVAC issues.

Prompt and great service! During the chilly freeze scare last winter, we were stuck with no heater because our thermostat wouldn’t work (thanks to it being broken & knocked off the wall). We installed a new thermostat only to find the heater was inoperable. We couldn’t locate a local business that was available to help fix our unit, some gave us a wait of 2 months out. :(I am so glad I looked on Unilocal plus they have a service discount! They came out same day and called me with the cause/​solution since I was at work. The part that had malfunctioned/​blown was replaced on the spot! I was lucky that they carried what I needed in their work vehicle. :) I arrived home and was glad to see my kids & doggy comfy and toasty inside our home. They are professional, polite, courteous and great at what they do. They thoroughly answered all my questions and took the time to explain what HVAC terms I didn’t understand.
Also, during a heat wave this summer our A/​C stopped working. They came out again same day and worked hard to repair it! Bad news — we were due for a new unit since it was many many years old. Good news — they figured out how to fix it and my kids & doggy were safe from harsh weather again! We are saving up for a new unit right now but will definitely call ARS for fast & reliable help when we need our new unit installed! ^_^

This summer I had an issue with a crazy leak coming from right by my furnace. It was enough liquid that it flooded a closet and made a huge mess in my garage. After a plumber came out and couldn’t find where the leak was coming from. I called ARS to come look at a drain tube that had come loose from my condenser coil. The condenser had multiple leaks! It was a model that was a weird size and was discontinued. The ARS technician patched up all the leaks he could while we decided what parts of the HVAC system we would replace. He gave a us all the pros and cons and we decided that since the furnace and ac had been giving us issues we would just replace the whole darn thing. We had to go without ac for 2 days during the install but it was worth it. They were fast, they were friendly, and they kept us informed during the install.
Fast forward to winter time. The new furnace won’t kick on. We notice the gas line was turned off. We turned it on. Still nothing. I called ARS and they talked me through turning on the switch. Lol! Yes we didn’t see the on off switch. It kicked right on. If you live in the Morgan hill area ARS is awesome.

My home was built 12 years ago and I have NEVER had good AC in my master bedroom. I have had 3 separate HVAC firms come and give their opinions. I have paid more for solutions than didn’t work. UNTIL NOW! Andrew came our diagnosed issue and started work in 3 days. He provided a fixed price bid and that was the total on completion. Billy and Corey were courteous, respectful of our home and privacy and worked their butts off. Restored my faith in contractors. ARS gets customer service, quality work and performance. They came on time every day! Did what they promised.

An A/​C failure during 90 degree temps — typical, right? However, Andrew was so polite and happy to help — he really gets the value of customer service! He was able to come out the same day and found the issue quickly. He had the part in the van and had it up in running in less than ½ an hour. Overall a great experience as a customer and I highly recommend ARS!

ARS put in a new furnace as well as air conditioning unit last November. We did not have a chance to use the air conditioning, but this summer we turned it on and it wasn’t working correctly. I called ARS and they came out right away to fix the problem. Thanks for responding so promptly.

I was very pleased with the service of ARS. I called after normal business hours last night and by 1:00 p.m. the next day my AC was fixed. The technician (Andrew) was on time and he spoke in layman’s terms so I could understand the problem. Thank you ARS for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Fast, friendly, professional service. The technician did not have the correct part on hand to repair our furnace. Installed a temporary replacement and returned with the correct part. Answered all my questions and informed me of potential system problems without being pushy or trying to sell me a major overhaul.

We asked ARS to give us a second opinion prior to dealing with the company being sent by our Home Warranty company. Gary provided us with a complete diagnostic of our failed A/​C system enabling us to get the appropriate repairs completed. ARS is timely, knowledgable, thorough and reasonably priced. Recommended without hesitation!

We needed our air unit moved out during a backyard remodel and then re-​installed. They guys did a wonderful job, were on-​time, and called me with updates and recommendations throughout the work. They also serviced the unit after it was replaced and it’s cooling better than ever.

I don’t normally write Unilocal reviews, but have to write this one. The company provides absolutely the best service! Gary serviced my air conditioner and furnace and clearly explained things details. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I had another inspection done prior to calling ARS, I was told that I had leaks in the AC system and needed additional checkups. When Gary looked at the AC, he knew right away that the AC does not have any leaks. When I asked why he thought so, he explained clearly about the reasons for his diagnosis. I would have paid twice as much if I hadn’t hired ARS to relook at the system.
On that same day, I called Gary again (4 hours after he had serviced on the AC unit) to look at my furnace that was red tagged by PG&E. He was already off work, but still came to the house again and worked on the furnace. At the end, all problems were taken care of, and he didn’t even charge me extra for the second trip. I am so thankful for Gary’s service, awesome work with high integrity!

I contacted Andrew and asked him to come out for an inspection and possible cleaning of our Heating/​AC systems. They arrived and proactively analyzed our systems for any potential problems, made repairs, and cleaned the blowers.
They found a couple issues that I was not aware of, but the total price after parts and labor was less than I was quoted for just a cleaning by another local vendor. Additionally, their attitude and professionalism is probably the best I have ever experienced from an HVAC service company. I agree — all the five star reviews for these guys are legitimate.

Andrew and Gary were great…
Our heater started making squealing noises and a burning smell was coming from the heating vent. I put in a request online to be contacted to discuss my issue and within 10 minutes I received a call from Andrew. He was very helpful and arranged for Gary to come out the same day. Gary actually was able to make it to the appointment earlier than planned, which was great for my schedule.
Gary arrived and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour of time. He had all the appropriate tools and supplies/​equipment in his van. He was very respectful and courteous to me and my home. He helped me make the right decision regarding repairing and/​or replacing my heater at the least cost. He also checked to make sure his recommendation was the best by checking other components/​operations of the heater to make sure something else would not break in a few months. They also give a guarantee on the motor he replaced.
I would recommend ARS Comfort Solutions if you ever have issues with your HVAC systems.

My heater broke and it was 55 degrees in my house! I called two heating companies and neither could come out same day. I called ARS and they were here 3 hours later! They are amazing, professional and definitely my go to company from now on! Thank you Gary!

Why can’t all home repair companies be like this? I’m eight months pregnant and just as the weather started to get really hot… our air conditioner stopped working! My husband did a lot of research and made a lot of calls to get someone to come out and take a look at the air conditioner, and ARS was the first to get back to us with an appointment ASAP and with a good consultation price.
Gary came out to the house right on time and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. All the other reviewers are definitely correct in their praise of Gary… he knows what he’s doing and is very honest and thorough! He was able to determine that we could fix our older air conditioner without having to replace the entire thing for a very reasonable cost and had it up and running again that day. Phew!
Thanks so much to Gary for going the extra mile to make sure that our air conditioner was working… this company really values their customer and cares about their well-​being, something all very pregnant women I’m sure can tell you is a must! Our furnace went out on Sat night. I called 2 other places on Sunday, one did not call me back as he promised, one called me back at noon on Monday. In the mean time, I called ARS at 8:30 on Monday morning, got an appointment at 11 AM, my heater is back in operation at 11:30 AM. That is a speedy repair. I should have called them yesterday.
Andrew was very courteous and explained the process on the phone. Gary showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained his diagnostic and his plan of repair to me. He also informed me that we got a 2 years warranty on the replacement parts.
