FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I decided to send a Valentine’s goody box and deliver it through Fedex. There was an error on their system and after leaving the fedex office, an agent called me telling me my package wouldn’t be delivered on time. I was so disappointed. My special valentine’s package wouldn’t make it on time. Fortunately, the manager Jessica and the agent Chris were able to resolve the issue by going out of their way to make sure my package gets delivered on time.
My take away: Bad things happen and we all make mistakes. The fact that Fedex went out of their way to ensure my package gets delivered on time, made me the happiest! Thank you Fedex!

Spent about an 1 ½ hours here printing & using their paper cutter. The wifi was a bit sluggish, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was FANTASTIC! The 2 ladies greeted EVERYONE that came in the door, some customers did not acknowledge though. I had a few questions & they were answered pleasantly, with no attitude! The whole time I was there, they were patient with all the customer (we all had ?‘s). Pleasant experience at this location.

FEDEX shipping is getting ridiculous. Reps now telling people large boxes should be packed to withstand heavy boxes stacked on top of it. ??? This is despite having big «This Side up» labels on it. They said it will be ignored. If a box has flex in it they’ll ask you to fill it with filler material because they definitely will be stacking a lot of boxes on top of it. Mmmm filler material is not designed to withstand a lot of weight. Filler is designed to stop movement inside a box so internal items don’t damaged themselves. They’re also saying Fedex will not honor any claims even thought it is a intact and firm box… but with flex so you can tell there are empty spaces inside. Makes no sense!!!

Came to get some baby shower games printed and had a great expert with Dinorah. She was super helpful and pleasant to work with. She gave me print options and paper choices and she was quick to finish my order. I definitely will come back.

I arrived a little after 6 p.m. on a monday evening to print up a report due later that night. I had used the online printers on several occasions before and never had an issue. until yesterday. I logged on, the printer took my CC info, and once my googledocs account opened, it was a clear blank screen… I logged on several times more through the various options, and still nothing… so after about 20 minutes, I went over to one of the employees behind the counter (there is absolutely no help desk at this location) and explained the situation to her… she informed me that google wont load… I was taken aback since I had successfully printed from googledocs just 3 weeks earlier, and told her so… and she responded with, «Well Ive only been here a month so I don’t know. I just know it wont work.» I could tell not only was she clueless, but she was disinterested in even being there. She told me to email it to them as an attachment, so I did… and I waited… and waited… and waited… and still nothing. So I brought in my iPad in a final attempt to get the said documents printed as a last resort.Nada. Said employee was walking around with a feather duster as I was leaving. Oh come one… that place hadn’t been dusted in months… its dirty, and dusty, and you get paid 10 dollars an hour now just to look busy… Left at 7 p.m. on the nose, without printing out my documents… Do you really get paid to do nothing at all?

Smooth fast service always looking out for customers, this has been my business go to since the horrible situations at the commerce store where they are charging for boxes that are already prepaid. Fast service an even tell you when the drivers come in an pickup the packages.

One star for changing policy. No more Christmas cards printed onsite. Claim it gets them too busy. So here I am expecting to do as I do every year and print up some cards at Kinkos.
Nope. Has to be online and that takes a week.

Ridiculously expensive to use their computers for scanning and emailing shit so avoid it at all costs unless it’s hella late and you have no other choice! as far as printing out pictures, that, my friends, you can do at a low price. Probably the best deal they have to offer so I applaud them for that. Making copies here is a fair price but can quickly add up so I suggest comparing prices with the nearby staples down the street!

I came here to get some invitations printed. I had my own cardstock that I wanted to use. First I went to Staples where there was a long line and an employee told me that my cardstock wouldn’t go through their printer because it was too small. She suggested I use their paper and pay extra to have it cut to the size I wanted. I decided to try somewhere else.
Once I got to FedEx I was helped instantly. The associate that helped me was really friendly and helpful. I told him I wanted to use my cardstock and he first tried printing on one sheet to make sure the invitations would come out as I wanted them. The cardstock printed perfectly and I was satisfied with how the invitations came out and with the quick service.

I called ahead of time to check if they have the paper or printing services I need. The lady who answered the phone just didn’t want her job. «What do you want? … We don’t do that. You will need to come and take a look at the paper.» Omg. What’s the point of having a phone number if I can’t even get some helpful information from you lady.

Your customer service is really awful! I went there today to make some color copies. I sent my file thru email to your print and go service. I waited and waited to get a confirmation email with a print code. I went outside bc you told me it works better there. You said it takes only a few minutes to get the code. I waited. Then you told me I could use the computer to log into my email to print at your ridiculous per minute charge but you didn’t tell me it’d be double the cost per sheet. You should not have charged me to use the computer when it’s your system failing. I didn’t print the job bc you are ridiculous. And… I still have not received a confirmation or print code. I know with today’s technology you could have helped me, but you failed. I only went there bc office Depot in mtb is down w their color printer. I will never feel good about your crappy service.

Placed an order through Walmart online to have it delivered to this fedex store. It great that it local and easy to park. Also they open late so I can go anytime. Only issue is that there are only a few employees working at night so it might that longer to get help.
Other than that, it is better than going to Walmart to look for parking and than look for associate to help you.

This has to be the worst FedEx ever!!! Every time I come here they give me the hardest time! The ladies behind the counter look miserable and you can tell they hate their job. I came here because I needed to ship a package and the lady at the counter wanted to charge me to repackage my box! There was nothing wrong with my box and nothing in there that would break they just try to nickle and dime you for everything. I decided I would take my package to UPS and guess what, UPS took the same exact package and charged me only for shipping they didn’t nickel and dime me on every little thing. I will never return to this location ever again until they get new employees that are trained well.

Came here to get some color pages printed. It might be a little pricey but I was in a rush so I was willing to pay for it. Staff member was super helpful and nice, she printed my project and I was out of here within a matter of mins.
I had stopped at Staples earlier but the employee was walking at a snails pace and I needed it done ASAP with 2 more customers in front of me I was getting antsy waiting around. Procrastinator is my middle name but I tried calling the day before to get my job emailed and printed so I could pick up but I was left on hold for at least 10 mins before I gave up.

I’ve only came to this location twice. On my first visit I arrived 7 minutes before closing so a female employee helped me print all my pages perfectly and I left happy. On my second visit I arrived at 9:31pm so the store was busy and getting help was much harder, I only needed to print two pages but it became a 10 minute struggle with me leaving with one printed page and a refund.
The first page I printed out came out wrong so I went to the front counter and called over one of the three employees talking amongst each other, the employee did a couple things to the printer and then pushed print and walked away, the page came out wrong so I walked to the front counter and asked the same employee to help me again because the print came out wrong, she adjusted the settings on the printer and pushed print then walked away, my print came out wrong again so I walked back up to the counter visibly frustrated and told a different employee that my print came out incomplete, it turned out the printer I was using was out of service and when I asked the employee if I can get a refund for the pages that didn’t print well she told me I would only get two pages refunded and I guess when she saw my Forrest Whitaker eye she quickly told me she would refund me all three prints but only this one time. I walked to the front counter with her and handed her my credit card for the refund, when the transaction was done I left pretty damm upset. If I go back to this Kinkos I hope the customer service is better and the printers are all operational.

Walked in to get a quote to ship an over sized item. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t end up shipping the item as it wasn’t worth the cost, but will definitely keep them in mind if i ever need to ship anything via FedEx.

I wish I had an all-​in-​one printer because then maybe I would spend less time and money here!
It’s always busy because well, duh. ELAC is right across the way. I try going at random times and have found the self service copy machines are used non stop. I’ve met stinky customers, people who don’t know how to speak English, people who don’t know how to use a computer… It gets pretty interesting as the day progresses.
Pricing run down:
$ 0.49 to print most things (i.e. from your laptop or their desktop to their printer)
$ 0.30 for every minute you spend using their desktop (I see why they did this, but man oh man.) If you can’t get it together quickly, those minutes add up! Otherwise, the computers are pretty newish looking Dells. I wish the scanners were multi-​feed though.
$ 1.59 to fax locally– one sheet. Cover sheet faxes free, each additional page $ 1.49. It’s the slowest thing in the world. Lucky for me a stack of 22 pages feed through the machine without a hitch!
BTW– Never had an issue with customer service. Most of the time, they’re in good moods.

Good enough in the morning on Saturday to print stuff but any other time forget it! People are way to dumb to figure out how to do the print on your own and clog up the machines forever. I got tired of people with their thumb in their butt so I went to print from my flash on the comp even though printing from usb on the actual machine is faster. Forgot my debit card one time and the guy behind the counter printed it for me so I could pay cash monies. Good thing it was 8am on a Saturday or I would have been in there forever! Time to get my own printer!!!

I came here on a Saturday during noon to drop off a prepaid package. As I arrived at the pack and ship counter, there was already a customer there shipping something out. The girl behind the counter was busy doing something at the back behind the see through glass, I was standing at the second counter, waiting to be served. The girl comes back from behind the glass, walks right past me and doesn’t acknowledge me. I’m really puzzled, as if I was an employee here, I would at least say something that I’ll be helped shortly. I received nothing and there was another individual working at the copier side, he looks like he was walking back and forth between the work floor. He could clearly see me but never acknowledged that I was here.
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years but this service has been the worst. I’ve had another incident in past that was pretty bad but I’ll save that for another time.
This place has horrible customer service and has been going downhill for the last 2 years.
