I’m a Chipotle fan so I took a chance on coming here… after the whole e coli scare. But the reason for my three stars is because my bf went into the bathroom and he came out telling me that the sink in the men’s restroom didn’t work. Don’t worry, he washed his hands in the women’s restroom. I made sure no one was in there. Anywho… you would think if a place was trying to «improve» after a e coli spread they would have a decent sink! Makes me wonder how the men employees washed their hands. I’m sure they use the same restrooms. Good thing he used the restroom before we ordered, therefore we didn’t stay to eat.

I should have updated some time ago. I see all the 1&2 star reviews and want to say that I’ve always gotten good service and portions at this location. Maybe because I’m an adorable & sweet old lady. O_o The only things I’ve ever gotten here were their bowls. Tried every kind except for the Sofritas. Two favorites– Chicken & Carnitas Even when all the controversy came out on the news, I still came in or had someone pick up for me. I’ve got a finicky tummy and haven’t had any ill effects from their food. There were only two instances where the meat wasn’t cooked to my liking. Chipotle offered a coupon(via text) for a free burrito to bring the public back in. Got mine! Asked the young lady if it was okay to get a bowl instead and she cheerfully set it up for me. Yay! I’m(still) a fan.

As a Chipotle fan, I continue to show my support by being a regular customer at their businesses amidst reports of E. coli. However, at this particular location I was very disappointed at the serving size. To make matters worse, she was stingy with the rice, meat and bell peppers but was extremely«generous» with the sour cream. Maybe she thought I was too skinny. Maybe I was not clear enough when I said«just a little sour cream.» Maybe she just needed a place to lash out. Who knows. Regardless, I had a large spoonful of sour cream to accompany my scant steak bowl.

I wish i would’ve went to Unilocal before I came to this restaurant. My review is based on cleanly Ness. This restaurant was dirty and totally just got grossed out. I ordered my food online so it was already paid for but i did not want to eat my food. Manager/owner your restaurant is disgusting!!!

My first visit… luv’d the rice option, choice of bean… no iceburg… impressed with options… After tasting the meal… was overwhelmed with the favors of such healthy eating. Then as check out… person english… The had concern with discount card… The cashier conferred with Manager in spanish… why is Spanish is spoken in operational instruction… I was offened. why is English not first spoken so customer can continue 2 be apart of the process… so now since Spanish is spoken in work place. now you won’t hire black people as employees. becuzz…Our first language is english. that is discrimination. We are in USA… you need a diverse workplace… and management.

I have been here many times and it’s always the same! Horrible service in person and picking up online orders. The workers have the worst attitude. Everything seems to bother them. They mix up orders and your right in front of them. If they don’t like serving people they should find another job.

Maybe I came on a good day, maybe I just got the right people making my food, or maybe this location is just awesome?! I normally go to the Chipotle on Main Street but this Chipotle was on the way home after exiting the 60 freeway. There wasn’t much of a wait when I came around 12:30pm on Saturday which I was suuuuper happy about since I was a hungry hungry hippo. All the workers were pretty generous with their portions that day. My salad bowl was the biggest it has ever been at any Chipotle’s! They definitely made my Saturday =) I always get the salad bowl(similar to a burrito bowl but the salad pieces are on the bottom and they are bigger pieces) with a little bit of brown rice & black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, mild & medium sauce, corn, and a tad bit of cheese. NOM. Thank you Chipotle for not opening a location by my work or else I would be broke.

This location is okay. The flavor of the food is fairly consistent with other Chipotle locations. I wish there was different location closer to me. It is a fight to enter and exit the parking lot of this giant shopping center. Drivers are just not careful and my car has nearly been hit several times. I came a few weeks ago and dined in, then I returned a couple of Wednesdays ago to carry out. When I dined in, the ordering experience was pretty standard. I was using a BOGO coupon and I always get guacamole. I encouraged my guest to get it as well, since it was essentially free with my BOGO. He asked for a little bit of guac but the person making the burrito still plopped a giant spoonful into his burrito. My burrito was delicious, but his burrito was not wrapped right. Every time he would go to take a bite, his food was not layered right and he would get giant bites of the same ingredient. Finally he just opened up his burrito and ate out of it with a fork. I used the Chipotle mobile app to order my burrito for carry out the other night. Leaving my car and crossing to enter the Chipotle, some jerk nearly hit me with their vehicle as they were going around a stopped vehicle with their flashers on. I got inside and my burrito and guac and chips were ready to go. This was probably the least favorite burrito I have had at Chipotle so far. Although I ordered my burrito about the same as usual, the meat(chicken) was not good. I kept taking bites of gross veiny-like pieces. I only got through half of my burrito before it grossed me out too much to finish it. I ate my guac and chips. This location needs to work on their listening skills and seriously check the quality of the meat when it is being butchered. I hope this was a fluke and that next time it will be better.

They tried to charge me for guac which I didn’t get and when I told them I didn’t get guac, the cashier told me am I sure which an attitude. Yes I am sure because I know the person next to me in line got guac. Maybe he got his for free

Went here today… the workers that work for Chipotle provided bad customer service. One worker was sitting down at the one of the tables was giving/making hands gestures with her hands — fist gesture. The individuals at the registrar counter are rude and disrespectful. The individual at the registrar was almost attempting to break my plastic money card(credit/debit card). I had to tell him twice. Customers come to this restaurant to eat not to be abused by «being mistreated.»

Based on my ONE experience this chipotle gets 2 stars. The line was long but my colleague and I made it through alive. The contents In my bowl were very light. I got the brown rice, black beans and then it came to the chicken. Oh wait, no chicken!!! How the heck to you run out of chicken during lunch hour?!? No way am I waiting for you to cook and chop those babies up. I went with the steak. They were even stingy with the salsa. I passed on the sour cream and cheese, and went with the guac instead. The guac serving was definitely light. Then I got a side of chips and asked for the hot salsa for it… the cup was hardly filled with my favourite salsa. Maybe this is how THIS chipotle thinks they’ll save money for the company. Or maybe the manager gets a bigger bonus by lowering expenses? Orrrrrr… maybe this is why chipotle stocks are through the roof!!! Over $ 700/share, better start giving those full scoops!

Don’t bother doing online orders at this location and if you do, Check to make sure they gave you everything you requested/paid for before you leave the store. My online order included guacamole and after returning home did I find out that there was no guacamole at all in my order even though the receipt clearly says guacamole. I was pissed because this was such a waste of time having to drive back down just to get the guacamole that I paid extra for. The cashier that I spoke to didn’t really give a crap. Instead of being faster by ordering online, it ended up wasting my gas and time because of their incompetent staff.

Ehhhhh definitely not my favorite or one of the good locations in my list. Service was slow and the girl at the salsa area kinda gave me the look when i asked for mild, medium and a hot on the side for the salsa… lol im sure im not the only one in the world of chipotle that likes their oder complicated lol. Also they are EXTREMELYSTINGY with their portion… i barely got any meat and i asked for extra corn too. Additionally, my sour cream and cheese was nonexistent. When i was finally about to pay there was not cash register person! They had to call some guy in the back… which means their short handed on a lunch rush which is not good!

Went to chipotle for dinner and it seems as though I went to the circus. Long line to begin with, 2 people making food and one cashier. The place was dirty, the service was extremely slow(by the time I left the line was almost out the door). Tim or Timmy(whatever his name is) was the one adding the finishing touches to the burritos/bowls, etc was super slow and had to refill his sour cream and corn and took extremely long and moved slower than molasses. All of the crew seemed to be in their early 20s and they were all joking around and being non productive. More people could have been out in the front helping«Timmy» get more sour cream/corn/lettuce and leaving the line unattended causing the food to get hold while we waited for his slow ass. Saw about 3 guys in the back doing nothing but joking around… This chipotle is garbage and I regret not having asked for the manager to complain in person. Never again!

My family have given this location a few chances and it is mediocre in service mm and portion compared to other locations. Last trip ended up with a burrito size that was pathetic(stingy with the contents). Prior visit had mediocre tasting beef that and temperatures were not so warm which I would wonder for a food safety perspective. Never again will we go to this location!

GAH — this location is STINGY, which in my mind equals GREEDY. The service was good, expected for the brand, but man, I’ve never seen such small amounts of everything, including lettuce. C’mon son, lettuce is crazy inexpensive when bought in bulk, so all I can think is that management is looking for ways to cut costs buy making the customer accept the bare minimum. Message received loud & clear and believe me, I refuse to return — there are better options in the area. If you want your money’s worth, DONOT come to this location.

–Stingy– The line worker she was really rude. Literally gave our party of 2 very little amount than most chipotles. We came at 4:30PM on a Friday. It wasn’t too busy but she kept on rushing us and wouldn’t be clear with our orders. I asked for mild spice and everything but guacamole but she gave me all the spices and it wasn’t how I wanted my order. She didn’t even say sorry. Then I asked for water cups and the cashier handed it to me and followed me to make sure I get water. She was just standing and staring not even to clean around the trash area. She just stood there and stared till I filled my water and then she smiled and left. Definitely set a bad example for this chipotle. I usually come here for lunches twice a week but not after this experience. I definitely recommend the Main Street chipotle is a lot better than this one. UPDATE #2: So me and my friend did a experiment again with this Chipotle and we observed the girl’s performance. It was Sunday 11:407÷26÷15 she was on the line cook at the rice/meat section she gave me 1 scoop of white rice compared to a customer right after me he got 3 scoops of white rice. I didn’t want to complain again in person because the restaurant was getting busy. But on my next visit if she doesn’t change her attitude towards her customers then there will be actions made.

cookie-cutter Chipotle here in Monterey Park. I can’t testify to any of these claims of small portion sizes as I been here numerous times and never been«short-changed». Am I seriously the only guy who gets regular(sometimes even more) portions of meat in my burrito? lol lucky me

My wife and I decided to step out to get dinner at Chipotle Mexican Grill. It have become one of our favorite healthy Mexican restaurant, we try others Mexican restaurant they were good they were full service restaurants. Chipotle is a self service style like a Mexican Subway, you pick the style bowl, salad or burrito and you pick the meat of your choices and also you can choices any contaminate. That’s why my wife and I enjoy Chipotle, the food is fresh and scratch made daily and using good quality ingredients in the food daily. That probably why Chipotle so gaining popular it fast and quick that’s probably why people come here to eat more healthier. Overall Chipotle is the fast Mexican restaurant disturbing all over the nation. They serve very high-quality food.
