Our family has been a customer at action sales for 20+ years. The shop itself is amazing! A true one stop shop for all your store needs. They’ve got everything from small appliances, to large freezers/​cold storages and stove tops. I’ve recommended this place to some of my close friends who also operate restaurants and they all say the same. Great customer service and incredible variety. In particular, I can’t say how grateful I am to have met Johnson Yeh these past couple years. He’s truly top of the top in customer service and product knowledge. He’s genuine, has great patience, and makes incredible suggestions for all our shop needs and upgrades. If you you’re looking for some upgrades or even some home appliances, I’d highly recommend coming to Action Sales, and don’t forget to ask for Johnson! He won’t disappoint!

What can I say, I have been involved in building (5) Hong Kong Express, (2) fried chicken store, (1) Italian food, (2) Vietnamese food and (7) donut shop’s. When getting new equipment I always put my trust on Action Sales.
Why? I always price check my equipment no matter whom I buy from, no exceptions. But time and time again Action Sales has mostly beat there price by quite abit, if not it’s equal to it.
But price alone is not the money maker, it’s getting the right equipment and getting caring dedicated people behind you. That’s is why Alvin Wang is my go to man. I challenge him constantly to fail my requests, but time and time he finds perfect equipment to alow me to enter into new markets and stream line my kitchen productions.
Don’t take my word for it, just go there and take a look at who there customers are. Hint «all major food corporations» «all mom and pops» just amazing!

I stop by in hopes of finding a clay pot and I was just mesmerized by all the items they carry.
this place is amazing if you are a chef, home cook or a person who just enjoys cooking. this place has everything and anything you need or want for your kitchen. from huge woks to stoves tops, commercial ovens, ice makers to clay pots, cups, trays, muffin tins and even tortilla press and warmer.
staff here is helpful and knowledgeable about most items. the staff will even carry your items to your car.
*there are NO returns or exchange.
the one thing I don’t like about this place and its something the store owner can not fix is the fact that the store is on a hill. I have a hard time getting in a out of the store because I’m am in a wheelchair, other then that I highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone. Better than Sur La table better than Macy’s home.

Store has a ton of stuff. More stuff than an average home chef would need. You can definitely find a lot of cheap kitchen items there such as utensils, plates, pots and pans at a reasonable price. Lots of local restaurants advertise that they are outfitted with products from the store.
There is a wide selection of pots and pans there if you are looking for any particular one for your own needs. You can also find a bit more restaurant oriented items such as giant ladles and whisks, wooden pizza mover, etc.
In terms of parking there is a small lot off to the left side of the store. You would do well to park on the street in front of the store as well.
Staff is generally very helpful but they are very business minded and cut straight to the chase.
Overall a great place to look for well priced good quality kitchenware.

I love, love action sales. Need plates? Dispensers? Spatulas? Bowls? Toilet sign for your restaurant (or your home)? Action Sales got em all. This is one of the mega restaurant supply chains that provide supply for most of the Asian business chains in the area. Their selection tops Chef’s Toys or Restaurant Depot. In terms of service, the associates are always friendly, and I’m never left alone for more than a few minutes without someone asking me if I need help finding anything (which is great, because their warehouse is ginormous).
Speaking of staffs, I’ve been coming here for years now. and what can I say, Raymond Lee is your guy! I initially got to know Raymond through a friend who’s done business with him before, and he never fails to fulfill your requests. I usually email him the list of things that I need about a few hours ahead since it’s quite a few miles from where I live. He usually responds to my requests no later than an hour or two, which is great since a lot of the times I need to get those supplies the last minute. He will also let you know if something is out of stock or an ETA stock-​in date if an item is not available. Raymond and his staff have been more than accommodating during all of my visits, and even though I live more closer to their location in the City of Industry, I would still drive a few miles to come here. ⁵⁄₅ stars!

I work with West Coast Catering Trucks and everytime I call I always get great customer service from Alma Soria. She knows exactly what I need, this speeds up the whole process. I wish more companies had an Alma Soria.

We have been using Action Sales for all our equipments and small wares for the past 6 years. I can’t say anything less of perfection for this place. It’s filled with small to big commercial equipments. Many on display and tons of Catalogs of big names merchandize.
But the one huge thing that sets this company apart from the rest of restaurant supplies vendor is the service. Alvin, particularly was my main reason for returning to this place. Exceptional service from him at all times, even on his day off. Prompt response and so helpful with all inquiries. Being a business owner and to always know I have someone in the equipment expertise to guide me is such a great feeling. Even for equipments that I purchased prior to coming to them, Alvin and his team still tried to guide me to the appropriate contacts to get them serviced. Great man! In small wares, Ronnie is the man to go to. He’s very helpful as well.
Action Sales, I salute you for your great staff! Through many crappy experiences with other places, I have finally found my goto restaurant supply. Hope the service continues to be awesome.

Ask for Carter — he’s the best! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have several restaurants and Action Sales has supplied a lot of our kitchen appliances. Definitely recommend.

I ordered all of my kitchen equipment and small wares from Action Sales for my new franchise restaurant. The evening before we were to open my main grill failed to fire up and I went into panic mode. The two gentleman who I bought the equipment from weren’t working that day, but fortunately Johnson was there!
He vowed to help no mater what. He ended up taking his own personal time to drive an hour at 9pm at night to deliver me the part I needed to solve the problem. Not only that, but he was kind enough to realize how stressed I was and he stopped to buy me a boba tea. Johnson didn’t even get any commission for all of the equipment I ordered. He did this truly out of the kindness of his heart.
I’m very grateful for everyone at action sales, especially Johnson who went out of his way to save the day.

This is the place to go to for equipment and kitchen/​bar supplies. Great prices and support for any project. I recently met with Johnson Yeh who helped me out on all specifications for our bar planning.

I’ve been going to this place for years and they offer my restaurant discounts for being a loyal customer. Ask for Johnson there he is the best! Knows where everything is, no nonsense just like a robot directs you to where all the appliances you need are.

I own a bakery in West LA, and we’ve purchased everything we needed from Action Sales. One of the main reasons why we decided to go with Action Sales is because of Richard Hwang. He is a great asset to the company. After reading some of the bad reviews, I’d strongly encourage everyone to contact Richard for your kitchen appliance need. Richard is patient, responsive, efficient, and helpful.
It’s unfortunate that some salespersons at AS are rude and probably should not be a salesperson to begin with. Customer service is the #1 priority for anyone in sales industry. Don’t let one or even two bad sales person ruin your experience as Action Sales. I’m lucky that I’ve not met any rude ones. But because of the excellent service provided by Richard Hwang, I will continue to give Action Sales my business.
I hope that management will take customers’ complaints into consideration and better train employees and help sales associates to build a long term business relationships with their clients. Richard is a great role model and a fine example for anyone who’s in sales.

Came in here looking for a new ice maker and heard this was the place to get it. Upon arriving the parking lot was limited but they had enough parking for customers. They have numerous products but we were only there for the an ice maker which they have a limited selection of. We got the ice maker we wanted eventually but had to go pick it up at their warehouse since it was cheaper than delivery.
Now for the reason for the 1 star review. We were «helped» by the salesmen Raymond Lee when it came towards our purchase of the ice maker. He showed us the the models that were on display and answered the standard question. His knowledge was pretty much basic and read the tags on the display units. We asked him about the one particular model and he said it included everything. So today we purchased the ice maker and picked it up from their warehouse and took it to get it installed. While making room for the new ice maker we try to do some per-​installation for the water line but noticed some parts were missing. We thought it was weird since he did say it included everything and one would assume it would include water connectors for the water tabs. I eventually called Raymond about this and he said it didn’t include the connectors then I said «but you said it included everything» and he replied with «everything but that.» Then he asked if we knew how to install it I answered with no but the owner of the shop installed one before so and told us «if you don’t know how to install just hire someone to do it» then he hung up.
I just want to say all new equipment from from computer towers, washing machines, to tv stands all include parts necessary for installation. Ice makers seem to be the exception. Since he said it included everything but it didn’t just showed he didn’t know the products very well. And hanging up on people isn’t good customer service either.

We will shop here regularly .
Because, we are because they run a restaurant .
I think that it might be optimal to align the things of Asian cuisine .

Eric Luu deserves zero stars for customer service. He was rude to us. Today, we went there at 5 pm knowing that the office will be closed at 5.30pm. 30 mins should be enough time for seeing and comparing prices. Other officers are nice; unfortunately, my co worker just approached to this guy. First sentence he says you shouldn’t come here at this time. We close at 5 30. Such a bad complain of a lazy employee. Second, when we decided to buy the freezer that we had the price list taken by last week we had visited the place. It was more expensive than the price I my my $ 30. «Rip off person» He added up the price since now there is no model showing off anymore. While the shelf price is shown off and appears to be the same as he quoted to us. We left this place without any purchase and so much of upset feeling. I love Action sale place but ERIC LUU ruins all the presentation off the nice And friendly business. I will avoid this guy next time.

I heard good things about this place so I came here today. Unfortunately on my way in, as I was making a right turn, I hit a blind spot and that pierced my tire. When help came, I was told I’m the 6^th person this month to have the same incident. So just a fair warning to those coming in.
As for the store, definitely a place to go when you need restaurant and big kitchen items which typically can’t be found elsewhere. The guy who helped me was very knowledgable.
Unfortunately for me, the experience was already ruined even before I came in. For that reason, I figured I had to write this to save others the trouble of being the 7^th, 8^th or 9^th person this month… I’ve notified the store and will check if anything is done to correct the issue a few days from now…

So weather it’s a big order or small order these guys are right on top of my order and help me load it in the van. I have been ordering from action sales for 10 + years and many more to come

Restaurant Equipment store & must have business license for purchase unless during designated times for retail sale.
They have a variety of high grade materials for any food industry related business. They carry utensils, pots, pans, grills, freezers, fridges, coffee makers etc. They carry many brands as well.
I would say Costco has better prices for most of the items and you would get it for cheaper. It would be easier than trying to figure out retail times & such.
Overall — Large Selection, but overpriced & for businesses majority of the time. Ehh.
