Kevin and Rachel were great to deal with. Their response was quick, the work top quality, and the price was very fair. He’ll offer you options, give his opinion (if you ask), and then let you decide. They take pride in their company and their work proves it! This time out, they took care of my mother’s house. We’ll be calling them in the near future to inspect and treat ours. I’m very glad we chose Saddleback Termite.

Great family run company who know their business and are WAY quicker than the competition. They helped us get our house fixed up after termite damage and did it for a very fair price. I am so impressed with this company! We had a termite problem and we could not pinpoint the exact location where they were coming from. And my one stipulation was that we could not deal with tenting our house, too difficult with work, dog, and kids. Kevin came out and was so helpful and made every attempt to locate and locally treat where he thought was the location of the termites. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem and they got worse (which was not the company’s fault). Luckily, a week later I noticed them coming up through our wood floors and Kevin came out asap and treated the area and now they are finally gone. I really appreciate his efforts to quickly come out a second time and treat the area. His company also redid some wood around the perimeter of my house that had water damage. They did a great job.

Having to hire a termite company and pay big bucks to have rotten and infested wood replaced is no fun! Kevin and Rachel help take the sting out of the process. They are honest and professional! They might not be the least expensive, but when I am paying big bucks for any type of work, I need a good feel for the company I hire. Family run and a small local business, perfect. Kevin’s employees were also very professional and took the time to answer our many questions, even though that probably doesn’t fit into their job descriptions. I called Saddleback Termite after being recommended to them by a friend. My house was built in 1954 so I expected the worse case scenario. The tech arrived on time, was professional, and did not try to oversell me on anything. After a minor treatment and repairs in a timely manner, I have not seen any signs of termites. I would definitely recommend this company… hassle free and reasonably priced.

I had been doing project management for a real estate investing firm when I met Kevin, out of the dozens of quotes and inspections we had gone through Kevin with Saddleback Termite was the most thorough and fairly priced.

After several attempts to find somebody to inspect my house and give me a reasonable estimate (or even show up for that matter), I was about to give up. A realtor friend of mine then recommended SaddleBack Termite Control to me. From the time I picked up the phone to make my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and the gentleman who came out and did my inspection (Kevin, who I believe was the owner), was not only on time but extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I was then given a quote to have my termite issues rectified (their quoted price for repairs/​extermination was 30% cheaper than any of the previous quotes I had received as well). The work was done within a few days after that (as they completely worked around my schedule) and I couldn’t be happier. It is not often that I will highly recommend a company, but when one goes above and beyond what is expected, I feel it is almost obligatory to give credit where credit is due. Do not waste your time calling any other termite company!

My husband and I met Kevin in 2014 after doing some remodeling during which termite droppings were noted by our contractor at the time. We contacted Kevin to come out and inspect. He was extremely thorough and professional in his inspection and in the explanation of next steps. As a Realtor, I’ve worked with a number of termite companies over the years. Since Kevin and his wife, Rachel, are the owners of Saddleback Termite, I had high hopes that his professionalism and integrity would be superior to others I had encountered in the past. I was so pleased to find that Kevin’s services exceeded my expectations! He offered us great advice on how to best address the infestation we had, and gave us clear and complete information so that we could make the best choice for our specific situation.
Kevin recently completed an inspection and repairs for one of my clients who purchased the home he was renting directly from his landlord. The landlord hired his «usual» termite inspector to come out and inspect. I recommended that my client have Kevin give a second opinion. Thank goodness he took my advice! Kevin’s thorough inspection revealed that a metal roof had been put on the house over the existing shingle roof, an important fact that the other termite company never mentioned. There was infestation at that property that could not be treated locally as a result, so other measures had to be taken to correct the problem.
Had Kevin not been there to give my client the true and complete picture of the existing problems, my client could have blindly purchased the property and run into even bigger problems and expenses later as a result! I trust Kevin’s integrity, experience and professionalism to give all of my clients accurate information about any wood destroying pests.
