Established in 2002.

«WRM» stands for the late and great Mr. William R. Morgan. I, Robert Becker, purchased WRM Termite Control Company from Mr. Morgan when he retired many years ago. I was a supervisor for the company at the time. WRM Termite Control has been providing superior termite and pest control services in Orange County, CA and surrounding areas for over a decade now. Our company was founded on simple principles: providing the highest quality, exceeding our customers expectations and complete satisfaction on each and every job that we perform.

Hello everyone,

My name is Robert Becker and I’m the owner of WRM Termite Control Company. I started out in the pest control industry while I was still in High School, helping my uncle out with his exterminator business during my summer breaks from school. I really enjoyed being outdoors and helping the customers out with their termite and pest control needs. I’ve been performing termite and pest control work for over 25 years now and I’m an expert in all phases of termite and pest control and wood repairs. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, our great friends and our fantastic dog, Chelsea.

We used WRM Termite Control for our Termite inspection on the house we were selling after finding him on Unilocal. We were so impressed with Robert and his company that when we moved to our new home, we now use him for our quarterly «bug stopper» service (I hate ants!!). We previously had used a larger company for our quarterly bug service, but were not happy with them, and Robert’s professionalism and expertise were just what we wanted. It is so refreshing to find someone who truly cares about his customers and the service he provides. He has exceeded our expectations.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. All I can say is «WOW». If only all service people that came to my home were as professional as Robert, the world would be a better place. First of all, when Robert set the appointment, I wasn’t given a 4 or 5 hour window… he said between 10:30 and 11:00, …and he was here a few minutes early. His demeanor was excellent, I asked questions about different things he was doing and he took all the time needed to explain everything he saw and was doing to treat the termites. He didn’t ask if he needed to, he simply removed his shoes when working in the house. An absolute professional in every sense of the word. And lastly, I didn’t get sold on some huge maintenance program… again, just really professional, did his job with a great attitude, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him with any termite issues, and I asked about what they treat, and he said they do all pest control as well.

We really like the service provided by WRM Termite Control. Their customer service and quality of work is unbeatable. They did an awesome job at fumigating both of our properties in Orange (last year) and Anaheim (two weeks ago). Our inspector, Robert, gave us a thorough inspection of the properties and pointed out to us all the termite damages. He is knowledgeable and detailed. Robert didn’t mind answering a bunch of our questions. He prepared us really carefully through the process. The best part is that WRM Termite Control is very affordable. We would recommend this company to all of our friends and would definitely use them again for our other properties.

WRM Termite was recommended by my neighbor. We had been getting bids from several companies. She noticed the various company vehicles coming to our house and told us we should just listen to what Robert at WRM Termite has to say and offer. After meeting with Robert we found that not only was the price extremely reasonable, but the warranty was more generous and he explained the mis conceptions of tenting vs spot treatment. We were so impressed we chose them to tent our house. Their crew was on time, very efficient and completely made sure that the gas company was notified and did their service call without our doing anything. The went above and beyond removing things such as our just installed chimney spark suppressor cage. Which normally is damaged when tented. Then they re-​installed it afterwards. I highly recommend WRM Termite to anyone needing termite exterminating.

We discovered we had a rat hanging out in Grammy’s room. I called a dozen different exterminator practically in tears this morning, and couldn’t get anyone to come to our house. I called and spoke with Robert and he said he would get to my house by 1:00, which he did. After a inspection, he determined we could trap this little bastard on our own with traps. He didn’t charge us for coming out, and we will complete our mission today. Grammy is okay… Thank you Robert
