I have been a customer for well over five years. The mobile service is very efficient and reliable, with pickups/​deliveries on Mondays/​Thursdays in downtown San Jose. Will is very friendly and works hard to keep me and coworkers satisfied. Since he is the primary contact on his route, when he has not been able to show up due to personal issues, he is careful to have his route covered by others and informs me well in advance when possible. There have been a few times when medical emergencies prevented him from showing up, but these have been few and far between.
There is has been only one time when a shirt was ruined. Will immediately stood behind his service and gave me the money to replace it no questions asked. The actual laundry/​dry cleaning service is done by another operator. While rating Nice & Kleen is the focus, a review must include the laundering and dry cleaning service itself. That service is very good. In my opinion, a good laundry service should be able to launder dress shirts without destroying buttons. Over the years, very few buttons have been damaged or destroyed.
In conclusion, the service has been excellent with only one incident, which Will covered quickly and without question or hesitation. I have recommended Nice & Kleen to other colleagues, which have also taken advantage of the service and its convenience. I dread the day when Will retires or sells his business… may I beat him into retirement!

In the Palo Alto area, I know their route days are to Pick-​up and Drop-​Off both Tuesdays and Fridays. Payments can be made by cash, check, or charge. He charges a nominal fee for gas (usually $.50-$.75 per trip)
