The A Team did a perfect job of coordinating and orchestrating my move. It wasn’t a complicated process (just unloading one Uhaul trailer), but they confirmed the appointment that week, sent a text to confirm the day before and called me with an update when they were on their way. The two movers easily tackled the task, completing the move in about half of the time and finishing out the 2-​hour reservation by offering to help put furniture together. Great attitude, excellent work ethic, great overall experience — much better than the companies that moved me out here!

Kevin and his colleague were amazing! Fast, very friendly & extremely professional. It was clear they cared for your stuff & about doing an incredible job. So good that I called them again the very next day — Kevin helped by going above & beyond with some demo work as well. Will definitely call them again!

The A-​Team is such an awesome team! They are serious about getting the job done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Kevin even put together my Ikea dresser that i had just bought. It wasn’t a little dresser either, it was a tall chest of drawers. It looks beautiful in my room. I’m a widow and appreciate all the extras that were done for me. I love their kindness and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Thanks A-​Team!!!

By the time I had called Kevin (the owner), I had already had really bad experiences with another moving company (rude on the phone, didn’t show up, didn’t call), so I was really nervous when I called and spoke to Kevin.
I really wish I had just called A-​Team first! Kevin was nice and polite on the phone AND he made an effort to keep in contact with me via email before the date of our appointment. This made me feel much more secure because after my previous experiences, how could I know that they would show up? But, I had nothing to worry about. Kevin and James were there early and they got right to work.
I was impressed to say the least! The minimum charge for a 2-​hour appointment, but I only needed a few things moved. They moved a fridge, washer/​dryer, desk, and treadmill into the storage POD within less than 40 minutes. I expected that they would just want to leave after that… Not A-​Team! They just kept asking ‘What else goes?” Within about 90 minutes, I had nothing else left for them to move! They even helped us get things organized into the POD and they made sure that everything fit.
We went back through the house after they left because I expected some dings or scrapes on the walls (the stuff was big), but not a scratch!!! Nothing! They didn’t even leave footprints anywhere!
I will be calling them again when it is time to unload the PODs. A-​Team was so reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and fast that it is worth it to hire them just to make a stressful move a little less stressful.

I was moving a 17′ truck of stuff from Los Angeles and San Jose to Palo Alto. I called up the A-​Team to get help and was happily surprised with a reasonable, simple price quote. Even though I only wanted a small job (2 hours of assistance), the A-​Team never made me feel less of a client, and gave me top quality service, despite me (a) Ordering their services the day before, and (b) Moving the arrival time the day-​of. This is the true service and attention to detail of a small business. Impressive!
The A-​Team help me unload all my stuff into the second floor, including a huge couch through a narrow hallway. I was afraid it couldn’t be done, but Kevin and James were outstanding. The duo finished under time due to their teamwork and efficiency — and were looking around afterwards for more things to do (they helped me put together an IKEA shelf) just to use the rest of my time. I told them, don’t penalize yourselves because you worked fast and efficient, you can go – but they insisted on sticking around to help and make sure my move was smooth and pleasant. If I could give six stars I would. The energy and professionalism is top rate. They serve all across the Bay Area — San Francisco, San Jose, Berkeley, Oakland, Silicon Valley, etc.
As background: I had met Kevin, the business owner, almost a year prior at a small business program at Stanford Law School that I volunteered at. Kevin was one of our very best students, graduated with his certificate in-​hand, and immediately got to work establishing his business. His work ethic is relentless.
If you’re on the fence about using their services (I was because I wanted to save some money and do it myself), I cannot over-​emphasize how helpful the A-​Team is during an otherwise stressful time called moving. My wife and I actually smiled during our move in instead of achy back and stress. That result is invaluable. Thank you A-​Team!
