The sales man was very nice and accommodating while I was there but never followed back with me.
I ended up buying a z4 elsewhere.
Guess he thought I wasn’t serious. I also just bought a x5 to go with it.
Next time take the time to find the vehicle for your customer. I supposed he didn’t think I was a serious buyer.
His loss.

I’d avoid this place due to their shady sales practices. They sold me a 550i M-​Sport that needed immediate service due to an extensive BMW recall, but did not make me aware until after the sale was made. A friend of mine pointed out that black smoke was pouring out of my exhaust, and several days after the sale the car would shudder violently. To make it worse, when reviewing my sales packet I saw the service code listed for the exact recall I was part of, so they were certainly aware of the issue pre-​sale.
I called to complain, sent numerous emails and they stalled for weeks. They eventually did the right thing after I spent hours chasing them down, they knocked off one of my car payments. But no discounts to future needed service, no warranty extension, no other concessions were made.
The whole experience soured me on the brand to be honest, and this dealership has 4.5 stars as I write this. Sad.

Everyone at Richmond BMW made me feel like family. They have even continued to reach out after I have purchased the car to check in with me and make sure I don’t have any questions. They have bent over backwards to help me get the car I wanted. Thank you to everyone at Richmond BMW I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere other than here for your next car purchase!

I owned a CPO’d BMW from 2010 – 2015 here and always received excellent service, easy to get appointments, work has always been thoroughly explained and completed with no lingering issues. My vehicle has always come back to me clean and on time.
I then purchased a new vehicle in late 2014, according to TrueCar, I got a «very good» deal, one of the lowest prices nationally for the vehicle as configured. The new car has been perfect, with just an inspection and a warranty-​covered trim replacement– all done as expected, on time with zero complaints.
Highly recommend Richmond Midlothian BMW.

Excellent customer service and even better experience. I purchased my BMW back in July and these guys worked around my time and my needs. After 5 hours of negotiating, we came to a deal. Need I say that they stayed open on a Saturday for 3 more hours longer to make sure I walked away happy. It is always a pleasure going there and seeing the staff and their friendly environment. I travel about a hour from where I live and the customer service at my local BMW dealership isn’t even close to the Midlothian one. Thank you guys.

I’ve had such a great experience purchasing my vehicle that I bought my wife’s car here the very next day. They were very patient and accommodating. I recently had some bad luck running into things that pop up on the highway and had my vehicle repaired at the dealer twice within a month. The service advisors I dealt with (Lance and Jeff) were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful which is appreciative. I’ve often recommended BMW Midlothian to my coworkers for their next purchase and services.

I drive four hours round trip two get our two BMW’S serviced. We make the time investment because they fix it right the first time and the stock the right parts. The service advisers are very knowledgeable and many time they diagnose the problem or request the proper test to find out what is wrong. They check over the car completely. I don’t have time to return several times. The people in the clean up shop really care about their work. None of this could would be possible without a strong organized leader. Bob has been refining his service product for many years and to him I say thanks.

Great service and knowledgeable sales people. Plus they gave me a much better appraisal of my trade-​in than at other places. And their products are just great, high quality and fun to drive. I’m a very satisfied customer!

After receiving service for an issue caused by manufacturer defects (MPM, water in trunk), my car was improperly washed. It looks like wax was sprayed only on particular spots of the car. My headlights were also really filmy and had to be treated/​repaired ($ 50). Whatever chemical used to clean/​wax the car destroyed my headlights. Still don’t agree with $ 300 in labor for 2 fuses and connecting six wires but this was expected. My technicians comment «I had to dig a little deeper» let me know additional charges were on the way for this common issue. My MPM was installed properly, but I’m willing to bet nothing was done to prevent this issue from happening again (like cleaning out the drainage tubes). Cool guys, but every visit I’ve had with Richmond BMW feels like a loss.

I don’t like Richmond BMW mainly how they treated my das when he was let go for no reson

I have dealt with their service center twice over the last year. The first was getting my 435i M sport map changed from the Euro map to the U.S. Map. They had a little difficulty with it, as some things were not as they expected, but that was ok. They had a loaner car reserved for me as I was coming in from about two hours away. I had their car for about 3 – 4 days. I recently went back to have the service done on the vehicle. As I had bought the car in Germany, I had forgotten about the BMWUSA free service package I had! Lance reminded me about it! Both times I have called and been to Mid. BMW, I was treated with respect, and courtesy, which seems rare these days. Here they act like the premium car company they are, and they treat their customers like they are premium customers. I may have a BMW service center closer to me than this one, but I will only deal Midlothian BMW. Thanks guys!

Great place! The service is outstanding. They really care. The service advisors are really friendly and genuinely try to help you. I had 2 tires changed out on emergency and they got me right in and right out. Also, very comfortable waiting area with free snacks and drinks/​water/​coffee. Thanks I’ll be back for my NEXT BMW!

Called multiple times to speak to the finance manager about extras I purchased with the car, within the month of purchase. Never received a call back. My mother even went and purchase a car from this dealership a week after I did, and told him to call me to speak about these things. No call, and unreturned messages again.
Try to register my car in my city to pay my car tax and am told it’s not yet in the DMV. I stop by the DMV and am told that the dealership is to handle everything, as they had given me a temporary registration good for 30 days.
Get rear ended, not even a month after purchase, and have only my temporary registration which expires in 1 week. Call and get the run around about how I was sent several emails because the registration was contingent on an emissions test, which is required in the city I reside in. Thing is, they had the wrong email on file, so I never knew this, and didn’t realize I had to get the test done within the 30 days, to receive my registration. How is it that the CUSTOMER has to call to find out what is going on with the tags/​registration on their car, after their calls have gone unanswered, only to hear excuses and no apology? Not once did I hear how this was not a fault of my own that no one called me or made sure my email was right (they spelled Lisa wrong). I explicitly stated there is more than one method of contacting me, such as by telephone, but somehow that comment was disregarded. Now this is one more headache to worry about.
When I finally got ahold of the finance manager he had the nerve to push me on purchasing another car from them (with the extras) if this car was totaled.
I’m only giving them 2 stars because I still enjoyed working with Kris.

Midlo BMW doesn’t need another 5 star but I have been serviced here since 2007. Ravin is awesome. I lived in NC for a few years and would schedule a weekend in VA to avoid Valley BMW in Fayetteville. In addition to Valley, I have been to BMW dealers in CO, TX, and DE and Midlo is the best of all of them. I have had a M-​Sport short shift kit, alarm, iPod integration, and H&R sport cup suspension installed. Best of all they have a reduced rate for 2008 models or older. I recommend the wash too… ask if there is a special, the same detail averages $ 100+ and I caught a deal for $ 59.

I would recommend this dealership mainly due to the large inventory and courteous staff. And I think that if you’re paying $ 65,000+ for a new car you’ll probably be fine here. Typically the type of individuals that buy these high-​class cars are pretty picky about things so I was surprised when spending $ 30,000 for a used 2009 BMW Z4 sDrive 30i, that the dealer, and other support staff didn’t provide the attention to detail I would’ve expected. I would start out by giving this dealership five stars but they lost one star when I went to purchase my vehicle and they knew I was buying it, there were some nicks and scratches that were not disclosed before I arrived. Also there was grease on the interior roof which I had them take back and clean off. I don’t think the cleaning crew ever even checked the interior of that car because there were gum wrappers, some old gum, and other debris that was still in the car left there from the previous owner. The dealership lost another star because one of the staff told me I had runflat tires which turned out to be incorrect after I contacted the tire manufacturer. The Michelin Pilot Sport A/​S 3 91Y tires on the car are not run flat tires. Good thing I contacted the manufacture otherwise if I had taken the dealerships advice I would’ve ruined the tire driving on a flat. I am being a nitpicker but most of the people who purchase these high-​end vehicles are. One last note, the wrong engine size for this car was listed on the website. They had the sDrive 35i description listed.

We bought a used 2011 BMW 328i several years ago from a third party and began noticing a rough idle and jerky shifts from the automatic transmission. The car was still under the factory warranty, so we took it to Richmond BMW Midlothian. They needed the car for a few days to troubleshoot the problems, so they gave us a nice loaner BMW. After exhaustive troubleshooting, they discovered that the engine needed a new head and car needed a new transmission. They let us keep the loaner for several weeks while they tried to get a new transmission (they were backordered at BMW). Since the car was still drivable, they asked that we return the loaner and drive our car until a transmission could be found. Not a problem. A week later, a transmission was delivered and they asked for our car back. They said it would take several days to do the work, but we were about to leave town for vacation. They gave us a fully loaded 5-​series loaner and said to enjoy our vacation! We told them that we’d be putting over 1,000 miles on the loaner and they smiled and said no problem. We got back from vacation and the car was fixed, washed, and ready for us to drive home with a full tank of gas. We didn’t pay a penny, everything was covered under warranty. Our service advisor (Ravin Perry) bent over backwards to make us happy!
Fast forward a year and my wife hits a coyote that darted out in front of her on the highway. The coyote did some major damage to the front end of our BMW (radiator, A/​C condenser, fog light, ducts, etc.) so we had the car towed to Richmond BMW Midlothian. They put together an estimate, met with our State Farm agent, and made some changes to meet our insurer’s demands. Long story short, our service advisor (Jeff Yurcaba) went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us informed and to make sure that the repairs would be fully covered by what State Farm was willing to pay. Repairs took only a few days once State Farm approved the work. Picked up the car and it’s good as new again.
I’ve always been wary of dealership service departments and I usually avoid them like the plague, but Richmond BMW Midlothian has proven me wrong. These guys are truly a class act and will take care of you. Highly recommended.

I drove 250 miles to pick up a car here. I was expecting the usual car dealership hassle on low trade-​in value and going back and forth for price of the car that im purchasing. I honestly had to do nothing because value was out of this world. It does not get better than this.
Every time I leave a dealership I always have the buyers remorse thinking did I get good price on the car or did I just get ripped off on my trade-​in but I had none of this feeling at Richmond BMW Midlothian. You have to experience yourself to believe the whole thing.
Also, everyone from GM all the way down to my sales adviser was very friendly and helpful and they really hooked it up. I would driver 250 miles all day to get another car from them.

I am very spoiled by my «hometown» BMW dealership, but this Midlothian location took care of me from out of town. They got my car in and squared away. All of the employees were very nice and professional. I even missed my first appointment and they didn’t act all bent out of shape (completely my fault). They actually called to see if I wanted to reschedule — which I did!
I asked for a full car check, but completely forgot to mention the windshield wipers needed replaced. Again, my fault, but I wish they had caught it during the inspection. I certainly remembered as I was driving off in the rain (insert loud screeching sound from wipers!).
I would definitely trust these guys w/​my car again!
