I’ve been coming to High Touch did about 10 years! They are amazing there! I’ve never had a bad experience!
When you come in someone always greets you and normally there isn’t a wait! You get seated with your feet soaking in a tub or your hands getting prepped while you wait! All included in your pedicure is a leg scrub, leg massage, foot massage, etc! It’s great! Same with a manicure but i usually just get pedicures!
After they’re done, they set you with the dryer and give a nice back massage! I recommend High Touch always!

My daughter and I had mani-​pedis done here on a Saturday and the service was great! They were well staffed, courteous and prompt as well as affordable.
There was another mother/​daughter duo who came in at the same time as we and all four of us were served in a timely fashion. The entire process from soak to dry only took a little over an hour and the stylists were polite and accommodating. I even messed up my paint while drying and they were more than happy to fix it immediately.
The massage chairs and foot baths were soothing, the scrubs were gentle and the polish color variety was plentiful.
We’ll be back for a special Mother’s Day, as well!

I was visiting from Roanoke when I decided I was in need of a pedi. I have always heard good things about this place so decided to check it out.
First of all there were only two other people there when I walked in with my mother. They made us wait 10 minutes to draw water for us. So we were just sitting in the chair with no water — strike one. After me asking — they finally filled up the basin with water. We then soaked our feet for 45 minutes. While some might think of this as relaxing — I didn’t. The water got cold and my feet were pruned when they started working on me — strike two. When she finally decided that it was time for our pedis. She did not trim the cuticles or file. She pulled my feet out and just started scrubbing and then massaging with lotion.
The paint job was okay — I knew not to expect much after the experience I had. Sorry to say I will absolutely not be back. Poor service, poor quality. I am sure I can find another salon that will be much better.
