Taylor’s At Market Square

My fiancé has been attending thjs bar since he was of drinking age. Hes now 35 years old. He and i were enjoying some time away from our 2 y/​o, adult time, and we were rudely disrespected and asked to remove ourselves from the establishment. There can only be one reason for such harsh trearment. Racism. I am a black woman and my love is a white man. We are harmless folks who decided to have a billiards session and a few drinks. We did not cause any disturbance at all. But when i asked for another tequila sunrise i was refused and told to get the tab paid for by the owner. I will not stand by and let this go unnoticed. We were paying customers who had every right to be there. I am deeply hurt and regret ever stepping foot on such a dispicable establishment.

Food is decent also and all is affordable (most important)
Only complaint is they once played the stupid soccer tournament during «real» football season for their kickball cup or something and they hogged the tv. but other than that very basic good place to have a spirit. Staff is nice as well.

Just moved into town and we needed a serious beer and a burger after a long day of unpacking. We found this spot right down the street. I will say it’s a little smokey and next time I will sit on the patio. The service was great and the burgers and beers hit the spot. The local folks at the bar were super friendly. We’ll surely be back.

Too smokey for me. Walked in 645 on a weds night. It was packed and smokey so we left. Must be a great place for the smokers.

Perfect divey feel with friendliness and most important of all, cleanliness. The patio is very large with a cornhole pitch. Yes the inside is smoking, with a non-​smoking section, but the place didn’t really even smell of smoke. Keep in mind this is a person that hates smoking and hates to be around it in any setting. Beer was reasonable priced at $ 3 for domestic drafts (including hard cider). Food looked good from what we saw and was also priced reasonably. Crowd was nice and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back to try some dinner and bring friends to our new favorite bar.

Way too smoky, even at lunchtime in the non-​smoking room. Food was okay, but not great. I will say the waitress we had was very attentive & did a fabulous job!

Cheap drinks, and a nice divey feel to it. Often having live music, and decent food specials as well. DEFINITELY try their cajun tuna bites. They are incredible.

Worst bar ever. Too smokey, trailer trash customers. Should call it «trailers»

If you are tired of visiting all of the chain restaurants and bars, Taylor’s is a great local place to hang out, grab a bite, and have a drink.
