Sent my daughters there for mani-pedis and eyebrow waxes. One came home with a bloody finger and the other developed a toenail fungus. Upon checkout, the lady requested a tip. Um… thanks for the… scars?

The WORST!!! My nails looked awful after going to this place. Lumpy, thick, uneven, acrylic on my skin. Lady was rude & unfriendly. Will not go back!

Your standard nail salon. Not impressed with the service. Gouged my nail beds during my manicure. The pedicure was as expected anywhere else. The best part was the quality of their massage chairs. Will not be going back.

Hit or miss. Sometimes I get a great pedicure and sometimes I don’t. Inconsistent experience. Like most places they do ALOT of upselling and gets annoying. The place is clean and seems sanitary. After my awful mani/pedi today., I’ve decided the convenience is just not worth it.

I have been coming here for a few years now, and I really like it. It’s very clean and they also have nice equipment. As for their services, your results are going to vary depending on who you choose to go to. I only see Tao, bc I have had some less than great experiences with some of their other techs. I have decided that I would rather wait for a great job, than save time and go with another nail tech. She does a great pedicure, and a wonderful Shellac/gel manicure. This is your typical shopping center nail shop, but I really like Tao and the care that she takes with my services. I will continue to come to her and encourage others to try her as well.
