My wife & stopped in here while visiting the area. She needed a fill, so I figured I’d get a pedicure while she was getting her work done. The place was busy, so we had about an hour wait — but it was worth it. She was absolutely thrilled with her results, and I was pretty darn pleased with the pedicure I got — including the hot stone leg massage. The staff was attentive and pleasant, they clean everything after each use, and it is a nice atmosphere. It’s too bad we’re five hours away, because we’d make this our number one spot for a nail salon.

If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would. I was out of town and looking for a nail salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I called the salon midday on a weekday to ask for pricing information and types of gel polish. The person who answered the phone cut me off in the middle of my question and told me that I should just come in because she could not give me the information over the phone. It was as if she did not have time to answer two simple questions. She was rude and I immediately told her that I would not be visiting the salon and would find services elsewhere. It is truly unfortunate that they were unable to answer simple questions especially since they do not have a website. I will never visit this salon and will tell my family and friends in the area to do the same. Simple customer service… it is a shame that it is often hard to come by.

Recently moved to Midlothian and have been looking for a decent nail salon. This was my first at deluxe and I loved it. The guy who did my nails took his time and I live how they turned out. This will be my regular spot now.

I highly recommend this place. Vu and Diana were super sweet and personable. I got a gel pedicure and a full set. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous. They had really high quality products and they did an awesome job on my nails. This is coming from a nail perfectionist so it means a lot. This is probably my favorite salon in the area. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently moved to Chesterfield and was looking for a good nail salon nearby. Based on other Unilocal reviews, I ended up at Deluxe Nails. The staff was friendly but the manicure and pedicure was just mediocre. The pedicure was over in 15 minutes and I had to have her correct the filing on my big toe twice because it was slanted and crooked. My gel manicure was equally unimpressive. The color was applied uneven, leaving splotches and my nails are not smooth from where too much color was applied at the tips and pooled up.
2 of the 3 stars are simply for the nice staff but the overall services were a complete miss. I will stick with my go to place back on the West End.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since March 2012. Diane and Vu are experts in their craft and have always made me feel like a customer. I also consider them to be my friends. They have definitely looked out for me because of my loyalty to their business. I could go on forever about how pleased I am with their services but I will let those who read this review find out for themselves. If you want quality service, good prices, and a pleasant atmosphere then look no further.

Have been here twice (first to get mani/​pedi, second time just fingernails), and they are awesome! Very skilled, great quality work and they are super friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Both times my friend & I went were walk ins, and we were accommodated very quickly! They have a loyal customer in me for as long as I live in this area!

This was the worse manicure and pedicure that I have ever received which cost me $ 45.00. I originally went in for a pedicure and to take off my acrylic and get new acrylic over my real nails but during my pedicure I changed my mind. The older gentleman did my nails and pedicure which he was nice but quality of service was so poor. I will never return here again.

Very friendly people and always an excellent experience. I always end up with a beautiful pedicure or manicure. They also do waxing and facials. I even bring my husband in for a pedicure and he enjoys every minute! I would highly recommend this place. They also sell gift cards!

Very friendly and reasonably priced. I had the mani/​pedi and it was only 35 bucks (for a guy, not sure if nail colors cost extra). Its a super clean establishment as well, and no appointment was needed, I just walked right in.
