Specialties

Miami Shooters Club specializes in firearms training for everyday civilians. Students will learn how to shoot an assortment of guns such as semi-​automatic pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns. We also specialize in teaching the Concealed Carry Permit Courses (a.k.a. Concealed Weapons Course) and have helped over 3,000 people get their permit. We also offer NRA courses and private lessons — with a complementary private lesson offered to everyone on their first day.

History

Established in 2014.

Miami Shooters Club was founded by Marcos Avellan. In it’s opening year, Miami Shooters Club was responsible for about 3,000 Concealed Carry Permit Courses — making Miami Shooters Club an instant success. Along with issuing Concealed Carry Courses, the club is also known as one of the larger shooting clubs to work out of Trail Glades Private Tactical Range.

Business Owner

Marcos Avellan is a certified NRA firearms instructor, certified in Pistol, Personal Protection Inside the Home, and Person Protection Outside the Home. He has trained with many high level trainers and operators that include former Green Berets, Navy Seals, FBI Combatives Instructors, Government Security Specialists, Law Enforcement, and others. Along with being a firearms expert,

Marcos is very familiar with different weapons systems such as semi-​auto pistols, revolvers, bolt action rifles, semi-​auto rifles such as the popular AR-​15 and AK-​47, and shotguns. Marcos is also a black belt mixed martial artist with professional fight experience — making him an expert on hand-​to-​hand self defense as well.
