My wife and arrived at the hotel later than we would have liked so opted to eat on the «light» side. We split the beef brisket barbecue sandwich; it came with a small serving of delicious cole slaw and choice of fries or kettle chips. We ordered one of each to find both were outstanding but one would have better fit out choice of a «light» meal! Wait staff was prompt, engaging and even smiled as we engaged her in light conversation!
