From reading other people’s reviews about this particular location I was hesitant to go to it. I decided to roll the dice and go because other Lenny locations had better reviews. The bad reviews were from awhile back. Maybe staff has changed l? So my wife got the All American club with a bunch of toppings. She really liked it and I tried a bite of it and I enjoyed it as well. I went with the French dip. I only added jalapeño peppers to my sandwich. The bread had a crisp to the outside and soft in the middle. The way a good sub roll should be. They put plenty of cheese and the Au Ju gravy was hot and it had plenty of flavor. The roast beef was not fatty so that was a double thumbs up. We both had the baked BBQ potato chips. Lenny makes their own chips and they were really good for baked chips. I ate inside and everyone was friendly and polite. No was had a nasty attitude and they were busy so I had to wait for my food so I watched and every customer was treated fine. The food is so much better than subway and a few other sandwich chains. I’m not a local, but when I visit I will not hesitate to grab lunch at Lenny’s.

No no no. Don’t do it. This location sucks. I called in an order at lunch time because I was in the area. I ordered my usual grill chicken philly no onion add grilled green bell pepper. The bread was soggy like it had been sitting about 3 hours or more. The meat was overcooked(cardboard dry) and the green bell peppers. well they were just put on the sandwich at the last minute. It only took me 10 mins from the time of order to pickup. There is no reason for my sandwich to have been in this condition. Now I will only get Lenny’s close to home. The Southaven location has always been fresh to me. Money, time, and gas wasted. but a well learned lesson.

Upon walking into this place I was convinced that I was going to love it. Freshly sliced meat, great selection of sandwiches, and just a bit of attitude from the people working there(of the friendly/snarky variety if you know what I mean). I went with their classic sub, and when I got out to the car to dig in, well, I was rather underwhelmed. Even with salt, pepper and oregano the sub was still missing any real punch. It was big enough, and had plenty of meat, but just lacked that flavor that I was expecting. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great.
