Being a Native Bay area resident and selling Real Estate for nearly 15 years I know the area exceptionally well, something that greatly benefits my clients. I absolutely love working with first time homebuyers and walking them through the process as well as experienced buyers and seasoned investors who are looking for homes to renovate and flip.

I also greatly enjoy working with sellers to get them top dollar for their home. When you hire me, you also get a team of experts whom I have worked with for years that help us to prepare your home so buyers will feel that WOW factor when they enter the home.

History

Established in 2001.

I am a local Bay Area Native, born and raised on a Farm in the San Jose Hills. Growing up my dad owned rental properties and starting in 8th grade I was his right hand woman helping on the property management side. I received my Bachelors Degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from U.C. Santa Barbara and after that headed back to the Bay Area. With my family background in property management, my love of numbers and enjoyment of working with people I found Residential Real Estate to be my calling and have been enjoying every minute of it for the past 15 years.

Daunielle was amazing while dealing with me being extremely picky about find the perfect house and the many challenges that came with the house I eventually decided on.
Once I found that perfect house… it wasn’t so perfect. There were many issues to deal with as a result of the inspections and she always knew who to call. This was my fourth home purchase and the first time I had an agent who was actually proposing great solutions to the little things that came up instead of me feeling like my agent was invisible. Daunielle really took care of everything. She turned what started off as an incredibly stressful situation into a smooth transaction on a house I love.
But wait there’s more! Not only did she help me buy my house, she also helped me sell my existing house fast with multiple offers over asking!

Daunielle is great at what she does. She has great people skills and is very knowledgeable of her work and the market. She is a pleasure to work with. She understood quickly what we were looking for, and was always quick getting back to us with answers and additional information. She even gave us a «facetime» tour of the property we ended-​up buying, given that we live on the east coast.
She was able to price the properties right, and jumped at an opportunity that allowed us to get our condo far below asking, on a sellers market. I would certainly use her again, and strongly recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy in the area.

Daunielle is a fabulous person to work with, she helped us purchase our first home.
Daunielle worked at our pace and was never about closing the deal too soon. In fact she asked us not to be too rushed until we found a home that we loved. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and always had valuable insights on properties we would tour. Why would some be marked lower/​higher than market, what to be cautious about, etc. She knows the trade very well and quickly had a solid sense of our taste.
Daunielle also knows how to ‘read homes’ well. She was able to look at homes for slips, patchwork, and even small things. We felt very comfortable with Daunielle and relied on her strong expertise and experience in making decisions. Would definitely use her help again in future.

Daunielle helped us buy our new home this summer. We found a house we thought we had no chance of getting since we needed to sell our home as part of the deal. Daunielle helped us make a successful offer, but getting into contract was just the beginning. The process of selling our home as a contingency of our purchase had more problems than we could have anticipated. Thanks to Daunielle’s close contact with us and the seller’s agent, she kept the deal together. And she kept us all sane. When we did finally get a buyer for our old house, Daunielle helped us negotiate a one-​week extension on closing so the deal could go through. It was a long and trying summer, but thanks to Daunielle’s keen negotiating skills, thorough knowledge of the buying and selling process, and terrific communication (always available!), we are now in our dream home. I can’t say enough about my positive experience working with Daunielle. We were purchasing our third house, so we knew exactly what we were looking for and what we weren’t. She was great at telling me what we could easily change to get what we were looking for, and in a market where you get beat out by all cash offers you sometimes have to get creative in what you want and are looking for. She helped us find a wonderful home! She also would meet workmen at the house for us, before we closed, to get estimates or to take care of anything else we needed! She checked in with us every few days, even when there was nothing going on, just to see if we needed anything. I hope to not have to move again, but if I do I would use Daunielle as my real estate agent since she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with!

We were first time home buyers and were glad to have got Daunielle as a realtor.
She was very helpful throughout the entire process — home buying research, sending regular comps, a lot of help with paperwork, negotiations, passing on contacts of reliable and affordable brokers/​contractors etc.
She is prompt in her replies.
Together we put offers on over 10 homes during the course of March — May of this year. Not once did she complain even when she knew our offer wasn’t very strong. (We realized our offer wasn’t strong enough only a month later when it shows up on the realty sites).
On many occasions, we were able to go forward because of her experience. She was very patient and was able to answer all of our questions, even when some of them didn’t make much sense.
I’d recommend Daunielle to any buyer in the south bay area.

Daunielle was our agent in 2007 when we bought our condo. We recently decided to move into a home and there was no doubt we would use Daunielle again be our agent. Daunielle first made sure the house we made an offer on was one that was good for us and our needs. In a market that was not a buyer’s market she was able to get us the first home we made an offer on. I believe a big part of this was because of her ability to work with the seller’s agent. We were on vacation in Europe right after getting into contract with our house. We trusted Daunielle to attend some of our inspections and report back to us. There were many days she spent almost all day at our house while various inspections were happening. If you are looking to buy or sell I would HIGHLY recommend giving Daunielle a call.

I had the great pleasure of working with Daunielle on the purchase of my first home a few months ago. A good friend recommended I contact Daunielle as she had recently helped his family find their new home. From the very first meeting I was impressed with Daunielle’s professional attitude and knowledge of the market. Other realtors I had spoken with resorted to ‘scare tactics’ about the ‘ultra-​competitive multiple-​bid’ bay area market. Daunielle’s approach was like a breath of fresh air — she helped me understand the facts about the market without getting swept up in the emotions of the market. Daunielle is extremely capable, helpful and available to help through any kind of roadblock at any time.
She just helped me to purchase my first home through a short sale that was extremely difficult to secure, and managed to be on top of it despite the long waiting times and the rush to close it out.
She made the entire process manageable despite the difficulties to bring together so many parties, from the seller, the selling agent the loan agent, the two banks holding loan and the title company.
In various occasion I had to contact various of them simultaneously and she helped me taking part of the burden to make it happen always by the deadlines. And despite the long wait and the strict deadlines she always kept on top of it, allowing me to close just before the bank could repossess the house.
Also all the people she recommended for inspection to few urgent repairs and fumigation, were quick and professional and did a great job (not to mention that she laid everything out to me so it was as simple as looking and signing).
Great personality, always looking for the best solution, quick response times.

Buying a first home is usually a scary experience; but with Daunielle’s knowledge, honesty and super responsiveness, my fiancé and I are moving into our first house tomorrow in the Bay Area! And we are still sane!
At first, we weren’t sure which areas to look in, or even what to look for in a home. We started in Mountain View, Saratoga and Cupertino, moved down to San Jose, Campbell, then moved up the peninsula, and came back down again. In other words, we were pretty clueless…
Daunielle, however, was super patient with us and guided us through every step of the way, answering every newbie question we had with professionalism, dedication, and most importantly, warmth.
When we finally found THE home, she sprung into action and was a genuine advocate for us. We had excellent communication, often during the evenings and weekends. Daunielle also embraces the convenience of text and emails for quick reassurances and questions outside our phone conversations. Signing all the documentation was a breeze with Docusign, a digital and official electronic signature, which was super convenient for busy people like us.
