As an investor and financial strategist, Brett is experienced in working with CPA’s, financial planners and legal advisors to create integrated solutions that serve his client’s long-​range financial goals.

Before starting in real estate sales in 2007, Brett was the founder and owner of two small companies. Brett graduated from Santa Clara University 1995 with Bachelor’s of Science with an emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Brett attributes much of his success to his mentors, which include Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra and his own father. While Brett loves the real estate business, his true loves are enjoying the outdoors with his family and sharing the art and practice of meditation.

In addition to the real estate business, Brett volunteers his time teaching meditation in the local community, hosting groups and classes throughout the year.

As always, he was quick, resourceful, knowledgeable and professional in every sense. Michelle at his office has been extremely helpful and detail-​oriented. Her response time to all our questions has been phenomenally good. Even after the transaction was closed, Brett and Michelle have been available for follow up requests. Sean Cooper has been our agent for the last 8 months and he has proved to extremely helpful, and professional. We started off from scratch and not only has Sean been able to help us guide through our search but working with him was very educational. He has very impressive understanding of the real estate market and what it takes to find the right house.
In additional to his breadth of knowledge, he has been very responsive and super punctual (every house we went to look at, he was there a few minutes before with all paperwork ready). Ability to react quickly to new houses coming on the market is very important and he has made himself available immediately. This being seller’s market, it is difficult to find an agent who can be trusted and relied upon to look out for your interest as a buyer, and Sean has been that every step of the way. Would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.

These guys are great. Key word is guys — plural. Brett operates a team, each person with their own specialization to help make sure you get the best price for your home. They aren’t kidding when they claim you’ll get more $$$ per square foot than your neighbors. Can’t recommend them enough.

We worked with Sean Cooper. After looking for 8 months & using two other agents, it was such a relief when he found us the right property within a week of contacting him. This is a very hot market (Silicon Valley), so it’s important to have a superlative agent. Sean kept it relaxed (and sometimes humorous), but he is certainly not relaxed about doing his homework. If he doesn’t know an answer, he will find out. Sean offers expertise, pleasant personality, diligence, & local knowledge.

We are sold on Brett Jennings Real Estate Experts & cannot fully express our gratitude to Brett, Jeff, Michelle, Justin & the rest of the team! We had our home and small horse ranch on the market 31⁄2 years ago & almost sold it when it fell out of contract. As the housing market was flat & because we were wearied by the process, we decided to wait. We were dialoguing when to try again & had agreed to Spring of 2016. Then the phone rang and Brett Jennings entered our lives. Amazing! After spending an hour with Brett & his associate, Jeff Sawhill, during which our questions were answered, our fears allayed & our confidence boosted, we decided to list with Brett and Jeff & the rest of the BJREX team on May 15, 2015. By June 4th, we had prepped Starfire Farm, staged it, photographed it including drone footage & our first Open House weekend was June 6 & 7. By the 10th, we had our offer accepted on our new home in San Bruno & we left for vacation leaving the sale of Starfire Farm fully in the BJREX Team’s care. By June 17th, while still on the East Coast, we’d accepted a clean, solid offer on our home. Less than one month later! Brett Jennings is a top notch agent, with an amazing network and incredible reach. Whether you are a first-​time buyer or seller, home flipper, or seasoned investor, you’ll be impressed and inspired by Brett’s ability to win under pressure — when it really matters. We reached out to Brett after we had already seen everything listed on the market with other realtors. Sellers were receiving multiple offers, and over asking price. Inventory was very low, and market competition was fierce. We had only a few days left to identify our investment exchange property. We called Brett, explained the situation and urgency. He immediately tapped into his personal network and introduced us to 3 properties not listed on MLS (all in just 4 hours!). Brett was further able to negotiate a great purchase price which was completely unheard of given the market conditions, and he delivered all within our two day time frame. Brett works well under pressure, and will embrace a challenge. His well runs deep. We bought our first house close to south San Jose through Brett. Before hiring Brett, we gave offers to a couple of houses through another agent and our offers weren’t even close to being considered :-). We then decided to go with Brett through a reference from one of our friends, and we gave offers to 2 houses through him. We were among the final 2 for the 1st house and we got accepted for the 2nd one. Brett was very helpful throughout the process and his team, especially Michelle, was great in answering all my questions. We live 100 miles from the house we were selling and he handled the entire selling process for us, including getting a selling price considerably above the listing price. We had no hope to sell the house we were completely upside down on We thought we were going to have a foreclosure on our record.
