Both times I have come here on my lunch break they are«out» of steamed white rice. How does Panda Express run out of rice?

Like someone mentioned portions were so off. Bought the bigger plate to share with a friend and it was BARELY enough for both of us

Gave me a small portion. Still the typical mess of food I expect from Panda express. I wont come back because the portions are a rip off and there is a panda express walking distance off campus.

The closest Panda Express to campus! There is usually a long line here when compared to the other fast food places in the bookstore but moves by really fast! The food was good & cooked well. Tried the teriyaki chicken for the first time & liked it! Also got my usual broccoli beef! Yumm!

Speedy Service. Yes the line is long but it goes by real quick. Always give you more than enough meat. You never have to wait for anything to be cooked, it’s always ready and waiting for you. Best part of all, it’s inside CSUN!

I tried Panda Express long ago, when I was about nine or ten. I did not like it at all! So when it came down to eating Chinese food, Panda was never an option for me. I decided to give it a shot this past semester since there’s one on campus. I must say this time around my experience was way better! I only went to Panda once since I discovered another Chinese food place on campus. Just yesterday I stopped by to get a bowl of chowmein and the new firecracker chicken and it left me craving for more. This is when my four star comes in, I went today to get some food to bring to work and they were very stingy with the firecracker chicken. Bringing them from a five star to a four star. It is pricey in here, I don’t know if it has to do anything with the fact that its on campus rather than off campus but when your hungry you will pay that extra dollar just to eat. I will be coming back this semester more often until I get bored of it.

One of the things I love about CSUN is that there is a Panda Express in a strip mall like one block off campus and there is a Panda Express on campus in the bookstore complex! This is important to have plenty of the Panda nearby for eating. It is weird eating Panda«on campus» since it seems like such a «go out for this» kind of meal but it is delicious anywhere at any time.

This Panda Express is slightly more expensive than the ones off campus. As you know, I hate paying inflated prices, but when you’re on campus, you don’t have many options. The food is the same quality and its always consistent.

I don’t have a single complaint about this place. It’s Obviously the best food place in the matador bookstore building since it’s almost always packed. The food is as Good as it gets when it comes to American-ized Chinese food. Service is quick and price is the same as all the other pandas.

Eh, Bad Chinese food is still Chinese food, which means that it’s good even when it’s bad. If you follow that line of thinking, Panda Express: CSUN edition is good enough. $ 5.00 for a bowl of rice with two entrees(spicy tofu with fried eggplant and the steamed vegetable side, if you’re curious)? Sure, why not. I figure that if CSUN is going to take my money anyway, Panda Express is an okay sometimes dining option. Still, I probably wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t at school. Two and a half/three stars, rounded to three because they give you free water if you ask.
